    “Perfect holiday.”

    It is a lovely caravan with everything required for good holiday. It has all the facilities needed and a lovely balcony with good seating area outside. It is really close to Flamingoland parks rides and shop and laundrette but is still really peaceful to relax in. I would recommend this caravan to anyone, it's ideal.

The property

Our spacious 38' x 12' caravan is a perfect holiday home. It is ideally located in Flamingo Land on Willow Grove and sited around the small play area. Sleeps 6 or 7 if one is aged 2 or under. The van has 3 bedrooms (one double with en-suite and two twin) plus a comfortable double bed that pulls out in the lounge. Fully equipped throughout with full central heating. The lounge has ample seating for the whole family, an electric fan heater for cooler evenings, large tv with freeview. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a full size fridge freezer, a full size gas oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, crockery, cookware, cutlery and a vacuum cleaner.

All 3 bedrooms come with adequate storage and comfortable beds. All bedding is supplies and Beds are made up for your arrival.

(If you think need a waterproof sheet we ask that you provide your own) The spacious bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and toilet.

(There is a separate toilet in the en-suite to double bedroom) For your safety a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm are all fitted and electrical appliances are all fully PAT tested. Gas and Electricity are both included in the price. The caravan is cleaned to a high standard after each booking to COVID 19 regulations. You will need to provide your own Towels, Tea Towels, Dishcloths etc This is a no smoking caravan and strictly no pets PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE

MALTON

York 18 miles; Scarborough 24 miles.

The market town of Malton has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times, and has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly general market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers’ markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent countryside for walkers and cyclists. The impressive coastline is just 24 miles away, whilst the historic city of York is an 18 mile journey. A perfect base for touring the attractions of North Yorkshire.
