“Caravan was lovely, situated in a very quiet part of the park.”

Lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, a tv in each bedroom and mostly well equipped. I could not find any oven gloves or tea towels, but after contacting Clair, a tea towel was supplied the following morning. There was a hoover but after 30 seconds of using it, the battery ran out even though it had been plugged in all the time so maybe a new one is needed. I appreciate not everyone would feel the need to hoover but for us staying with a four year old, it was required. I felt the outside ...

I felt the outside decking could do with a clean as was a little green, would I stay here again ? Absolutely, wouldn’t hesitate, great family accommodation. Clair is a great communicator and answers messages promptly.

Any queries were answered quickly. The caravan finishes are to a very high standard. The single rooms had flamingo bedding which fior my neice was a very nice touch. The location to the park is really good. We had an excellent stay and have booked it again for next year.

Arrived to a beautiful and clean van , after staying here we wouldn't stay anywhere else now such great van for our big family aswell as safe field for them to play outside. Highly recommend. Looking forward to another stay here .

“Great place to stay, massive site but this caravan has everything you need, it's really clean, beds comfy and your not overlooked by other caravans so it's really quiet.”

Walk straight into the park with lots of eating places, a few bars and lots of places to visit outside of the park. Clare who looks after the caravan is lovely and always replays to your messages, would definitely stay again.

Excellent caravan very clean excellent facilities, quite spot nice grass out side the front balcony for the kids to play on away from the road, beds mattresses comfortably shower awesome stronger than the one I have at home lol overall couldn't fault the caravan will be going bk nxt year, and Clair who we rented caravan from has been excellent

“Excellent clean caravan, everything catered for.”

Perfect quiet location loved the grass area so the children can all play out. The park itself was a little disappointing. Bins over flowing, didnt seem to be emptied regularly. Fair few rides were not open/working. I know this can be due to several reasons - I think staffing levels being the main one but when you pay full price for your tickets still you expect everything to be up and running. Very long queues, people staying in the accommodation on the complex should get priority really. Swimming baths are nice and clean, again a little disappointed yesterday (thurs) as the slides weren't working in the afternoon. My daughter had a good time overall, despite the whinging for the queues and rides being close. Accommodation couldnt fault.

“We all thought the caravan was great and had everything we needed for our stay.”

Loved the little decking area and nice that we had no caravans behind us, and that it was south facing. It was very peaceful and quiet. The shower was a good size and powerful. It helped having an ensuite toilet. Overall we had a very happy stay. The lounge furniture was great with very tasteful soft furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped with the added bonus of a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms were lovely with comfortable beds. I would just like to mention (please note that this is not a complaint), but would have been nice to have the bed linen ironed. It just made the bedrooms look a little shabby, which they weren't. Maybe a waterproof cover for the outside furniture as the cushions got very wet in the rain or a bigger storage box to store all the cushions. The cushions had been left out and they were very wet when we arrived. We brought the cushions inside before we left. They will get ruined if they keep getting rained on. Thank you for letting us stay your beautiful caravan.

“When it comes to holiday accommodation I can be very fussy.”

This caravan was above and beyond my expectations and made our holiday very comfortable and enjoyable. It was clean and modern and located in a quiet location away from the busy park. I would highly recommend this caravan if you are looking for that added luxry to your holiday. My two boys aged 10 and 12 had the best time and are asking to go back already!

New to the rental market we have our 2020 luxurious and very spacious Ambleside Premier (41ft by 14ft) contemporary mini lodge, it is a wowzer of a holiday home that is situated on Cedarwood!

We are providing you a sumptuously finished and welcoming home giving you a stunning setting for appreciating many gorgeous moments together. In the heart of the home you have a stunning kitchen with the following integrated appliances, full size fridge freezer, cooker and grill, microwave oven, dish washer, washing machine aswell as your toaster and kettle etc.

In the center is your freestanding dining table and chairs.

In the living area you have an electric log type fire, two free standing sofas with scatter cushions, a side table, usb chargers and sockets, tv, mirror and patio doors which take you onto your patio area. In the master bedroom you will have the perfect nights sleep in our very comfortable double size bed, lots of room to recharge and rest before another action packed, thrill seeking day!

your own en-suite (toilet, hand basin and mirror) and dressing area (yes ladies, you read right!) there is enough storage to pack everything away nice and quickly. There is two twin bedrooms , one with full size single beds, the other narrower beds, wardrobes and bedside tables!

The children's things don't need to be under your feet this holiday! The main shower room/bathroom has a lovely larger spacious shower, toilet, hand basin and fitted units. You couldn't ask for more from this amazing holiday home!

other than having a cook and butler! On site we have the famous Flamingoland Theme park and Zoo.

From whooshing roller coasters, to the lazy lost river we have rides to suit all the family.

The zoo is award winning, taking part in many conservation projects.It is very informative and offers a lot of interaction and educational opportunities.

there are numerous live talks.

Our leisure complex boasts a pool area, slides, children's area (indoor and out), sauna, steam room, gym and a cafe area.

In addition to all of this we have Muddy Duck Farm, Peter Rabbit land, Golf and loads of entertainment inside and out, eateries and chill points!

Their is a well stocked shop on site and some major supermarkets deliver to your door! Photos are a mix of stock and another owners bedrooms as I’m not there at the moment.

The market town of Malton has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times, and has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly general market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers’ markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent countryside for walkers and cyclists. The impressive coastline is just 24 miles away, whilst the historic city of York is an 18 mile journey. A perfect base for touring the attractions of North Yorkshire.
