“This is our 3rd year booking with mark and will be back again next year.”

We have 4 boys aged 8, 7, 5 and 4. 2 of our boys have autism and 1 is being assessed for adhd. Flamingoland in general is perfect for us as there is lots to do but if they are overwhelmed we can go back to the caravan for a bit and go back out when they are ready. The caravan is in a perfect location. It is facing a small park with a climbing frame, a minute walk from the shop and laundrette, 5 minute walk to the swimming or a few minutes walk in the other direction to the theme park, arcades and evening entertainment. There’s plenty of takeaway options or you can get groceries delivered to site. Mark has always responded quickly if we have needed anything. Caravan is clean and tidy on arrival, dvd player with kids dvds, decking overlooking the park. Genuinely can not fault.

“Lovely caravan nice and clean with a beautiful deck to the green at the front meaning you can watch the kids play.”

Good sized rooms with plenty of storage. Very well equipped with most of the things needed to make meals. Mark was great with getting in touch and always reminded us to call/message if we needed anything. Got a call saying caravan was cleaned and ready earlier than expected which was great too. Caravan is near the entrance to the grove so you can hear people walking by at night if your in bed. This wasn’t too much of an issue as by midnight people were mostly in their own caravans and not heard after . Would definitely use Mark again if we decide to visit.

In this day and age it is unfortunate that as customers we do not come across, more often, owners who smile, sincere and genuine, with good old fashioned manners., please and thank you etc . Mark has all of these and will go all out to make sure you and your family have a fantastic holiday, nothing is too much trouble. He responds to texts etc instantly and gives excellent advice on where to eat etc. Blooming excellent all round

Our luxurious 38ft Swift Bordeaux is located on A106 Willow Grove and offers spacious accommodation throughout. The open plan living room & dining area offers a comfortable & relaxing space for all of your family to enjoy. The living room opens out through double doors on to the spacious decking and directly overlooks the children's play area where you can sit and relax following an adventurous day at the park. Site entertainment is a short walk away however for those quieter family nights in our accommodation is equipped with TV, Blu-ray player & a selection of DVD's & Games as well as TV's installed in all of the bedrooms. Our stylish, modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, cooker & full size integrated fridge/freezer.

The dining area allows families to spend time together and is perfect for a night in playing family games. Accommodation comprises of 3 Bedrooms: The large master bedroom provides ample space for a travel cot and includes dressing table area, double wardrobe & en suite bathroom, plus two twin bedrooms - both with wardrobes. **Duvet, mattress protector, pillow & pillow protector are provided for each bed as well as all the bedding it’s all included within your price This is a self catering holiday and whilst we provide a well equipped kitchen, we do not provide cleaning products or toiletries.

Please remember towels Additional family bathroom with shower & WC. Gas and Electric are included within any price quoted BUT Park Passes must be purchased separately from Flamingo Land upon your arrival. Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
