“Stayed at Rachels's caravan from 2/8/25 - 9/8/25 caravan has everything you possibly need ,Rachel thinks of everything, which makes life a lot easier , the decoration is lovely especially if you like animals, we were in a quieter side of the park which was good for us, I do have walking issues, but we were able to park the car near the rides and entertainment venue , so no problem ,the entertainment staff work very hard, just make sure you have plenty money if you have kids, our grandchildren were 10 and 11 they enjoyed everything.”

It was extremely clean and comfortable, with lots of home comforts and extras, like a very handy pushchair that saved us carrying our 4-year-old around the park on day 2!) . It was great for a young family.

“The caravan and area are perfect.”

Feels so warm and cosy at night and has absolutely anything u will need at hand. My kids loved the rooms and the animal theme u have throughout. Decking area is nice and relaxing we would happily stay here again first class accommodation

“Well equipped caravan in a quiet area.”

Netflix and sky was a bonus not many on the site get this option. Fresh Milk and a bottle of wine ready for us getting there was a nice touch. Rachael was quick to txt us back after making a query and made sure everything was ok and very accommodating.

“Flossy's is such a lovely little home, the place was spotless when we arrived and the welcome packs were perfect, even one for our little dog.”

The decor is lovely and all the little details make it special. It is also well stocked with everything you need. We had very high temperatures, I think hitting the 40's at one point, so the big fan in the living area helped a lot, Rachael also contacted us to check we were doing okay in the heat and if we needed anything which was appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again and will hopefully be back again soon.

“This caravan is absolutely fantastic!”

It is modern, has loads of space and everything you would need for a trip away. There was a welcome pack for the adults which was a lovely touch but the personalised gifts for our kids was out of this world! The owner is such a lovely woman who catered for everything we asked for, this included a travel cot, bed linen and towels...she even threw in toiletries. My kids are already planning to go back next year and the only way I will go back is if this caravan is available. Thank you for making our weekend so good and we will definitely be staying here again!!

Top class caravan beautifully presented and clean not a mark anywhere great communication and instruction for arrival and of holiday park information also had all cleaning products and towels ect no need to take your own and had a welcome pack of milk tea coffee ect would highly recommend and would not hesitate to rebook for return visit in the future

The property

Our cabin is located in the woodlands area with a walk of approximately 10 minutes to the park.

Woodlands is well located for the splash zone water complex, & on site shop, launderette. Our kitchen is very well equipped with all your essentials plus lots of extras such as; Coffee machine ( pods included) Sandwich maker Comfort is a must after a busy day in the park, we have a large extremely comfortable 3 seater sofa to curl up on, and two large wing back chairs, along with a bean bag for the younger ones ???? All our Beds have 3" mattress toppers and all linen including towels are provided ( I large towel and 1 hand towel per guest) along with tea towels and bathmats, plus swimming towels. One double room with private en-suite WC.

Two twin rooms Shower room.

All bedrooms have TVs . Flat screen 48 " smart TV in the sitting room with Netflix and Amazon Prime access. The park itself has an abundance of rides from large roller coasters, water slides, haunted houses, to smaller rides for the little ones, they really is something for all ages to keep you entertained at Flamingo Land. The Splash Zone water complex also has health spa attached. *** Ultimate passes must be purchased directly from the park for your stay with us*** Children under 3 do not require a pass The passes must be purchased directly from flamingo land at the time of check in day passes and those purchased on line can NOT be used whilst staying in holiday accommodation

MALTON

York 18 miles; Scarborough 24 miles.

The market town of Malton has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times, and has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly general market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers’ markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent countryside for walkers and cyclists. The impressive coastline is just 24 miles away, whilst the historic city of York is an 18 mile journey. A perfect base for touring the attractions of North Yorkshire.
