    “Had the best time ever in such a home from home.”

    Can't fault this caravan in anyway! Never slept so well in a caravan and they literally have everything you will need. Deckings had sun from morning until night. Beautiful caravan will definitely book again.

The property

Our new addiction is a SWIFT MARGAUX 2022 8-berth 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a en-suite, 2 larger than normal bedrooms with single beds.

Goose and duck down feather bedding and pillows our prestige caravan also has 2 w/c one being the main bathroom with a double shower cubicle enclosed with LED lighting. The main living area creates a open plane feel with a upgraded kitchen with dish washer, full-size integrated fridge freezer, integrated microwave oven, full-sized gas oven with hob & extractor fan, air fryer, toaster, coffee machine and a slow cooker giving all the home from home features you will require for your stay. The dining area has a no fixed dining table with 4 chairs on show with a extra 2 chairs if required. The main feature is the lounge area with a 4 seater no fixed sofa which converts to a luxury double bed, a wall-mounted smart TV with Bluetooth speaker with all channels open including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and Apple TV. There is also a 2 seater not fixed sofa situated to view the large open patio doors leading to a larger than average Veranda which you find Table and Chairs for outdoor dining and a corner suit for those chill and sunbathing moments The Caravan is situated on the popular Willow Grove area on a larger than average prime plot, a sun worship dream having sun from sunrise to sunset.

It is also close to the main entrance of Willow Grove and an area called The inner circle giving you a short walk to the Main Park, Supermarket, Leisure Centre and Laundrette. Outside you will find a rear patio area with Composite Bench Seating & Table, BBQ Area and a Large Storage Shed to keep your pushchair and your cases safe etc. The Swift Margaux 2022 provides comfort and space for your enjoyable stay Please note Wi-Fi is available in this caravan, but we have no control of the reception that you will receive so please don’t not rely on the availability Park passes are not included and must be purchased on arrival Please see the park price list in the pictures Please also see our other listing brand new for 2025 situated on the inner circle willow grove only a short distance away ideal for customers wanting 2 vans together UPDATE coming soon side and rear decking area Making this caravan very rare have decking at the front and rear to be completed end of April 2025 This caravan is the only one that offers front and rear decking on flamingo land

About the location

MALTON

York 18 miles; Scarborough 24 miles.

The market town of Malton has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times, and has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly general market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers’ markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent countryside for walkers and cyclists. The impressive coastline is just 24 miles away, whilst the historic city of York is an 18 mile journey. A perfect base for touring the attractions of North Yorkshire.
