The property

Top of the Rabbit Hole is one of three of our family run static caravans sited on Woodlands at Flamingo Land in North Yorkshire.

With a real country feel, you will feel cosy without a doubt in our ABI Elan.

Sited with a large drive way and decking too.

Living room: The living room is an open plan with the kitchen, inside the living room you will find it is fitted with a 42 inch TV with freeview and DVD player facilities so there will be something to watch whatever the weather.

The fire is electric and definitely adds to that cosy vibe.

There is also front patio doors leading to a decking area where you will find rattan sofas and decking lights.

Kitchen: The kitchen is beautifully lit, you will find a kettle, toaster, integrated microwave and fridge freezer and over hood extractor.

The kitchen has a 4 seat table to enjoy your meals on as a family.

You will find some of the books and board games in the kitchen too for easy access and also out of the way.

In the kitchen we have 8 plates, 8 bowls and 8 side plates - so there is plenty!

And if that is not enough we also have a draw for children's plastic plates, bowls, cutlery and cups.

Main bathroom: The main bathroom is the first door, upon leaving the kitchen through the hall way, on the left.

In here there is 1 of our two toilets, the shower, hand washing facilities and access points to plug in your shaver.

Bedroom 1: This is our master bedroom with a double bed, lamps on each bedside table, en-suite facilities where you will find the second toilet, 24 inch TV with Freeview.

The travel cot and bed guard can be found in the master bedroom too and due to the generous size of the bedroom a travel cot will fit at the foot of the bed infront of the generous wardrobes and cupboards.

Hangers are included and can be found in the wardrobe.

In the master bedroom there is also a small vanity area where you will find the hair dryer, mirror and stool for you to get ready on! Bedroom 2: This is the smallest of the three bedrooms, fitted with two single beds, a floating wardrobe, mirror, USB plugs, bedside table with a touch lamp - these are amazing as they are so easy for the children to use.

Bedroom 3: This is slightly larger than bedroom two, fitted with two single beds, mirror, USB plugs, bedside table with a touch lamp- again easier for the children to use.

The wardrobe in bedroom three goes from floor to roof so there is plenty of space. The boiler room: In here you will find the boiler as well as the hoover, ironing board and iron if you need them.

There are USB plugs throughout the van, the driveway is also quite large and you should fit two small cars on, and this van is slightly longer than the average static caravan so you will definitely feel a difference in that space. The market town of Malton has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times, and has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly general market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers’ markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent countryside for walkers and cyclists. The impressive coastline is just 24 miles away, whilst the historic city of York is an 18 mile journey. A perfect base for touring the attractions of North Yorkshire.
