    “We can’t recommend this caravan/host enough!”

    Everything was perfect!! The caravan was beautiful, very modern, clean, spacious and it had everything you could possibly need for a holiday! We got lucky with beautiful weather so the decking area with the lovely furniture made such a difference as we got to enjoy the sun outside after a fun filled day at the park. We took our 7 year old nephew and he had in his words “the best time ever”. The communication from the owner/hosts was great even though we didn’t really need to ...

The communication from the owner/hosts was great even though we didn’t really need to reach out for anything as we got a lovely email before arrival with all the information on we needed for our stay. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely be booking this caravan again! 5*++++

The property

3 bedroom mini lodge, with parking for 2 cars on a paved drive. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a spacious, decking area with a corner couch and table seating area. Tv's in the lounge and all 3 bedrooms. Modern stove electric fire. 3 Bedrooms, 1 Double with ensuite, 2 Twin rooms, 1 twin room has 2 standard size single beds, rooms have plenty of storage space, sleeps 6 or 7 (if youngest is 2 years or less.) Travel cot, bed guard and high chair can be provided, but must be notified in advance. Full Central heating throughout. Shower room with toilet and built in cupboards. Fully integrated kitchen with a 5 burner gas hob, double oven, grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Slow cooker and Air Fryer. Iron and ironing board. Cordless hoover. Dining room table and 4 chairs. Smoke alarms throughout, fire blanket, fire extinguisher. 2 Carbon monoxide detectors. Included in the price: Gas and electricity Bed linen As a family orientated park no hen or stag parties permitted. Lead person for booking must be aged over 25 years. Only those named on the booking forms may occupy the holiday home. £50 non refundable deposit to secure dates. £100 damage bond required, fully refunded provided holiday home is left clean and tidy with no breakages or damage. Final balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Park passes are mandatory and must be purchased directly from Flamingo Land on your arrival.

These cover the duration of your stay and include access to the theme park, zoo, swimming pool, leisure complex, entertainment and bars. Check in from 4pm on day of arrival, check out from 10am on day of departure. No smoking. No pets. Any enquiries welcome.

MALTON

York 18 miles; Scarborough 24 miles.

The market town of Malton has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times, and has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly general market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers’ markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent countryside for walkers and cyclists. The impressive coastline is just 24 miles away, whilst the historic city of York is an 18 mile journey. A perfect base for touring the attractions of North Yorkshire.
