The property

Holiday Accommodation 14875 is located in the peaceful Pine Ridge area of Reighton Sands, just outside Filey, and offers sea views along with a well-positioned base for a traditional seaside break on the Yorkshire coast. Inside, this signature-grade caravan feels bright and well maintained, with new carpets and curtains introduced for the 2025 season.

The open-plan living area provides ample space to relax, featuring a large corner sofa, dining table, and a 50" Smart TV with free WiFi for evenings in.

The main bedroom also includes a 40" Smart TV for added comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher, along with cookware and utensils for up to eight guests.

A vacuum, mop, and sweeping brush are provided for convenience, and a pet bowl is available for those bringing a four-legged companion. There are three bedrooms in total: a double room with its own en-suite toilet and basin, and two twin rooms, each with lamps and storage.

The lounge sofa converts into a pull-out bed, and all beds are made up ready for your arrival.

A second shower room with toilet and basin completes the interior. Outside, guests can enjoy the large wraparound decking furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink in the sea air.

A designated parking space is located directly beside the caravan. The Pine Ridge area offers a tranquil setting with easy access to all the park’s amenities.

The beach path is just a short walk away, and the main FunWorks complex—with entertainment, dining, and family activities—is only five minutes on foot. Whether you're planning coastal walks, beach days, or family outings around Filey and the wider Yorkshire coast, Holiday Accommodation 14875 provides a comfortable and well-located place to unwind between adventures.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.

About the location

FILEY

Scarborough 7.7 miles; Bridlington 10.5 miles.

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where you will find great beaches, a castle, the Rotunda Museum and the acclaimed Sea Life Centre. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
