“Very clean and spacious caravan that was very well equipped.”

Location is fantastic as a couple of minutes walk to the beach and Amenities close by. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely be coming back. Great new year break ????

Had a great few days away with our dogs , the caravan was immaculate, in a brilliant location right near the beach and Primrose Valley park also not far from Filey where you can get to from a walk down the beach, would definitely visit again

“We went Monday to Friday on a last-minute break, stopped before in the caravan and also in the Lighthouse apartment.”

In the caravan for this week we woke up to no electric on Tuesday morning so I texted Andy and he was there within five minutes. Realised it was not just a case of the electric tripping in the caravan so he travelled miles and miles to get the part needed for his electrician to get the electric back on so we didn’t have to go home. we had been out for the day but then he turned up with blankets and torches as it was dark by the time we got back. We were offered all our money back if we wanted to go home but we stopped, We’d been out all day anyway it was no detriment to us at all. Then Andy gave us money for tea at the local pub (which I highly recommend… The Royal oak) and would not take no for an answer. I would recommend this place on the coast every single time… 5 minute walk to beach, Fabulous hosts they could not do enough for us!!! Will be back very soon!

“We had lovely stay with our cocker spaniel Coco.”

Location of the caravan is super with access to the beach footpath just across the road with 4min walk down to the beach. The weather was great so we used the excellent decking furniture a lot. You have everything you possibly need to cook anything from a Sunday lunch to a full English brekkie. Lounge area is very comfortable, but the king size bed is the simply the best caravan or even hotel bed I’ve ever slept in.

“Stayed here for a long weekend in July.”

The caravan is so close to the beach, no more than a couple minute walk. The caravan itself was very clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a long day on the beach. The owners were so helpful with any queries we had and couldn't have been any nicer. We will certainly be returning for another stay here again.

“This was our 2nd stay here, previously we stayed in the Lighthouse Apartment.”

Both have everything you need for either a weekend or a week's stay, including Sky TV & Wi-Fi. Great communication from Andy before the arrival date. The location is ideal for all, a stone's throw from the beach and a short walk to Primrose Valley Holiday Park, where there is a convenience store, pub and numerous take away's. Also, there are some EV Chargers, which was ideal for me to be able to charge the car before heading home. All the Apartments and the caravan are dog friendly, with the caravan and 2 of the apartments having enclosed garden areas, ideal for the dogs. The walk along the beach to Filey is around 20-30 mins and very pleasant, the beach also dog friendly. We have booked again for next year, as we find it an ideal place to relax for the weekend.

“WE HAVE STAYED AT THE BEACHWALK APPARTMENTS AND THE STATIC CARAVAN ON 4 OCCASIONS AND FOR DOG LOVERS CAN'T FAULT IT.”

tHE CARAVAN IS A BIT DATED IN IT'S DECORE BUT GREAT FACILITIES, AND EVERYTHING WORKS WELL WE PLAN TO RETURN AGAIN NEXT YEAR TO ONE OF THE APPARTMENTS OR THE STATIC VAN. ANDY BISHOP AND HIS WIFE (THE OWNERS) ARE JUST GREAT AND NOTHING IS TO MUCH TROUBLE.

“We absolutely love this place ?”

? Fantastic location literally a stones throw from path down to the beach and close to park facilities. Once on the beach spoilt for choice turning left to Filey or right for gorgeous walk along the beautiful coastline. The caravan although mature is cosy and very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing dog friendly break. We have stayed 4 times now and never tire of the place. Great spot too for people watching with secure suntrap balcony to chill out and enjoy a glass of fizz Gill and Andy are fabulous hosts and cater for your every need. Will definitely be back again soon. Book now you won't be disappointed ????????

The property

This caravan is located next door to Primrose Valley Holiday Park and is not part of the Haven site which means you cannot obtain passes to the site although you can use all of the facilities except the swimming, arcade and main show bars.

The Crest caravan is located next to the slope to the award winning Filey Beach and adjacent to a large field.

The lounge, kitchen and bedrooms have views out to sea and Bempton Cliffs.

The Crest caravan is maintained by a house keeping team ensuring high standards of cleanliness. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite toilet, tv and is very spacious with plenty of space around the bed The 2nd bedroom has twin beds with wardrobe. The kitchen has all the mod cons but most importantly a view of the sea. The dining area is adjoining the kitchen The lounge area has 2 large seating areas and an armchair with coffee table, tv, dvd with lots of movies to watch. In the cupboards are games and also a shared beach activity lock up with outside games and foldable chairs. The balcony is large with furniture and is blessed with the sun shining on it all day. The crest has its own parking bay next to the caravan. Double doors leading to large balcony which is in the sun all day, WIFI

Set in the magnificent Filey Bay, Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday, making it an ideal place to stay for walkers and wildlife watchers at any time of the year. Filey Brigg is a low headland that protects Filey Bay and provides good bird watching and seawatching opportunities all year round. The 400 ft high Bempton Cliffs (RSPB Reserve) to the south of Filey Bay are home to over 250,000 seabirds in the summer. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels and there is a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months. The bay is edged with two promenades and there are various gardens, where brass bands play on a Sunday afternoon. This small town is family orientated and there are loads of family activities such as Alpamare UK waterpark, Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park and the Filey Dams Nature Reserve, a wetland reserve where all kinds of common and rare birdlife can be seen. Other towns worth visiting close to Filey include Bridlington, Whitby, Hornsea and Saltburn, which all demonstrate the vibrancy of this picturesque North Yorkshire region.
