It is the cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in - and I go away a lot! However, you need to be very careful with the photos. They show an older van in this location with a lovely little gravelled garden with mini garden figures, etc. But, this does not exist owing to the newer, larger van taking up all the space. The figures are dumped in a dirty corner near the door. Images also show this van but in it's old location on a very pleasant-looking park. The views all round look lovely in these images but, in fact, when the van was moved to it's current location it is now surrounded by a 6 foot fence, at times, very close to the van, and all views are, effectively absolutely nil. This is really important because I booked the van only for the view. This is false representation. I did mention this in passing to the owner and I believe he was unaware and that it is not done deliberately but it does give an entirely false impression. I was devastated to find no view from the lovely windows and doors at the front of the van.
