We're not a big business and we are not in it to make a huge profit; all we ask is that you look after our little holiday home and have a brilliant time.

Our holiday home is like a home from home but near the seaside. We have tried to make sure that you have all the comfort & mod cons you would normally have, from super-fast broadband to an automatic smart Washer.

We provide you with a full inventory for your holiday home; all you will need to bring are the things you would like, maybe your child’s favourite blanky or soft toy. We take a small refundable deposit from you to cover any damages, should they happen and don’t worry, with our two little ones we know they do!!

Our holiday home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a private parking space for one family-sized car.

All of the activities on-site, such as the Gym, Swimming pool, Sauna, Steam room and Hot tub, located in the main complex ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING PRICE :-)

As well as all of the above, there is an outdoor play area for the children and a fully licenced bar and restaurant if you don't fancy cooking; after all, you're on holiday!

Family's of all kinds welcome - LGBTQ+ friendly and fully inclusive, along with couples and friends - Sorry, we don't let to stag and hen parties due to the nature of the park. It's a boutique park, for relaxing on, not a party weekend site.

We bring our family cat & dog when we are holidaying, so small dogs and cats are welcome to stay with you; after all, they are one of the family; all we ask is that you make sure that they are house trained, are kept off beds and furniture & don't make too much of a mess, we would not want it to affect your security deposit.

Our Holiday home is professionally cleaned after each stay (please remember to take your rubbish to the recycling point), and upon a full inspection and subject to the holiday home being left in the same condition as when you arrived, your deposit will be returned to you within 96 hours of departure. Our current deposit is £75

We think that has covered most things, but before you book, feel free to message us, we always prefer to chat and make sure it’s right for you BEFORE you book, rather than give you the hard sell and you be disappointed. We have brilliant neighbours on the park too & it feels like a real family holiday, that is one of the reasons we bought our holiday home here after all!

First time visitors to Spring Willows and would definitely return, the staff on site and all the facilities are excellent.

Our caravan 17 Willow Close was in a great position near to the reception and club. The caravan had absolutely everything you might possibly need including all satellite channels, washer and drier, air fryer, tvs in all rooms. Even Alexa helped by putting all the lights on internally and externally. We had a nice relaxing holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to all our friends and relatives. Fantastic stay, the caravan had everything we needed and more, didn't need most of the basics I always take on a caravan holiday.

Wonderful exercise area for the dog ( and us) All the staff were super friendly, an added bonus of a hour private session in the pool just for us. Everything nearby for eating out & emergency groceries, short car trips to Scarborough, Filey, beach etc Will definitely book again.

Thank you Jacqui; We love it when we hear this kind of feedback, as parents to Nurodiverse children, we always ask "What would we like in a holiday" and if you can answer like you have with not needing to bring all of the bascis this is what we do it for :) We love the private pool too, its such a bonus! After reading all the listing for this caravan I thought this was the one.

We had booked to go golfing in the area. BUT. Professionally cleaned. No. Dust everywhere. Crumbs on kitchen floor. Kitchen equipment old. Air fryer unusable. Poor. Cable bank extensions everywhere. Surely a fire hazard. Bed and bedding were brand new , comfortable. Patio furniture unusable. Rusty and thread bare. *Pictures of all the above available*

Hi Paul. Thank you for your feedback, It's welcomed Good and Bad. It had to happen at some point in the last 8 years of letting our first non-positive review. We would have welcomed the feedback directly, perhaps when I text you to see if everything was ok? Then We could have fixed all of your issues on day one rather than publicly; that said We have rectified all of the issues you have flagged to us, checked in with our current guests (who have directly followed you) and made sure everything is just so :) Surprised about the air fryer and "Old" equipment as I checked this only on Sunday and it works fine (also checked with our current guests) and not sure what else you may be referring too, but again we will check it all out for sure. We're not a business, but a family that opens its doors to people who might want to enjoy the experience, I am sorry on this occasion that our home did not meet your standards. It's disappointed for us more than it has disappointed you, I can assure you. Once again thank you openly for the feedback this has helped us address the issues you have raised, and I can assure you they have been and will be addressed. Thanks again Peter, Phill & the boys :)
