“I stayed at Nancy's caravan beginning of August 25 with two older children(16,17) and one younger one(4).”

The caravan was beautiful, very modern, very clean and in ideal location. Nancy communicated with us very efficiently.The site itself is brilliant you dont have to leave as it has everything on site. I booked the little one onto alot of the activities which he absolutely loved, would highly recommend. I will definitely be booking up again next year. Thank you

“Just got back from a lovely 3 night stay at this delightful caravan.”

Visited with my husband and 4 year old son and had everything you could possibly need for a little home from home :) so much better than the haven caravans in our experience! Nice and clean, situated in a lovely place with a view of the lake and ducks / swans were always around. Owner was very hands on and helpful. Even put fluffy bedding on for us now we are heading into winter months which was so cosy :) Lovely stay, lovely owner. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

“We stayed in this caravan 7-14sept 24,from booking,to arrival to departure of our holiday .”

Communication from the owner nothing was to much trouble,even checking we had arrived safe to wishing us a safe journey home.the caravan was cosy ,very clean,home from home.would very highly recommend to stay here on holidaying in this area.

Caravan was well equipped and clean. The owner responded promptly to any questions and was super friendly. I would definitely recommend the caravan and site if you want activities on site or stunning beaches close by!

It was clean , cosy and had everything that we needed. We were close to all the amenities of the beautiful Haggerston Castle. The owner left us milk, lots of chocolate,and even ice lollies for our wee granddaughter Rosie! Thanks Nancy would recommend you to everybody! X

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
