The property

Our holiday home is situated on lakeside east, a few minutes walk to all amenities.

The van is fully double glazed and has central heating throughout.

The lounge has a corner sofa, coffee table with footstools, TV, DVD player, WIFI and electric fire.

There are double doors leading out to the veranda with furniture. There is a fully fitted kitchen with gas oven, hob and grill, there is also a large integrated fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Tassimo coffee machine.

We also have an iron and ironing board. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The family bathroom has a fitted shower, toilet and sink. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and one double master suite with TV/dvd combo and en-suite facilities (toilet and sink) all bedding is provided for your party. The caravan is south facing and benefits from sunshine all day. Entertainment passes are not included, however, can be purchased from the reception area. Booking terms and conditions.... Check-in From 2 O'clock Check out 10 O'clock Caravan is available for 3 night weekend breaks , 4 night mid week breaks and week breaks that can run from Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday Saturday to Saturday To book there is a £100 non-refundable deposit which secures the booking.

Full balance is due Four weeks prior to your holiday. The owners reserve the right to re-hire if full payment has not been made by the due date, and the deposit will be lost. There is also a £100 refundable damage deposit due with the balance. This will be refunded after the caravan has been checked for damage and will be returned within 7 days Provisional bookings will be held for 48 hours.
