The view is second to none and handy for my elderly mother that there is a ramp to the door. The owner responded promptly to enquiries. The facilities are basic and felt more like a park company caravan than an owners caravan - no little extras. No towels, dishcloth or T-towels No WiFi No teapot, coffee pot, salt or pepper No salad bowls, serving bowls/platters etc No ambient lighting in the living room No board games No cushions for deck seating No protectors on pillows

“Had a fantastic break at this caravan which is situated with an amazing sea view.”

We were also able to walk into Berwick along the path right at the front of the caravan. The area that the caravan is located was full of families which was great, as with two young children we would not want to be near any rowdy groups. The inside of the caravan was clean and well equipped - the owner was also easy to deal with throughout Would recommend staying here - you won’t be disappointed

Perfect position right on the front. Caravan was spotless. A few things I thought could have been added to it, an iron, plastic dishes and cups for children. Apart from that there was everything you needed.

Caravan was spotless on arrival and in brand new condition. All beds were made with nice bed linen. The Balcony has full morning sun and it was lovely to sit out with breakfast. The balcony still catches the sun at one end in the afternoon so we were able to make good use of it all weekend with the furniture provided. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a decent knife block which is often missing. I loved that 2 cupboards were empty to store the groceries we brought. I hate when all the kitchen cupboards are full and you have to leave things out in worktops so thank you for thinking of this! The oven is also a good size compared to other caravan ovens I’ve had. The TVs were fine with the integrated DVD player in full working order, and I can’t comment on the sound bar or radio as we didn’t use those. Nice hot shower with good pressure and it was handy to also have the little en suite in the main bedroom. Heating was consistent and very easy to use and regulate. We loved our stay and will definitely book again.

It is in immaculate condition and really spacious. The area is great with the best beaches we have visited in the uk. Berwick is really nice too with lots of amenities. Phil was so helpful with any issues we had. We will definitely visit this caravan again.

“I’m just back from Our holiday.”

We loved this caravan perfect spot with amazing views. There’s nothing better than having breakfast or a wee glass of wine on the deck overlooking the sea. After the disappointment of cancelled holiday to Greece this caravan and Berwick definitely recharged my batteries. A great experience will use again and recommend to family and friends...

“The caravan was a real "home from home" located on a perfect spot with a magnificent view over the cliffs and to the North Sea.”

It was great therapy just sitting in the lounge looking at that every day,and we were very lucky with the weather for early September too, which helped! The owner,Phil was very helpful in our e mail exchanges,so highly recommended if you just want a stress free staycation in historic Berwick.

The caravan is located on a prime front pitch with panoramic views of the coast, which is a beautiful setting to enjoy both the sun & fabulous sunsets and has direct access to the beach, which is a short walk away, as well as lovely coastal walks. Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
