“Lovely caravan.”

Had everything that you needed. Shower was powerful. It was clean and tidy and welcoming. The only things I would have changed were the baking trays they looked old and well used and also the same with the cutlery. Also the internet wasn't particularly great.

“We have been visiting this site now for over 30 yrs and just when you think you have experienced it all you fall upon this little Gem of a Caravan.”

The view from the decking is stunning we were lucky enough to see the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The van itself was so clean and the beds were so comfortable some mornings you just wanted to stay there! Very highly recommended and Brian is very helpful there when/if you need him. looking forward to next year already.

“A great holiday in a fantastic caravan.”

Brian could not have been more helpful and was keen to ensure our every need was met, he was always available on the other end of the phone. The caravan was immaculate and perfectly kitted out. It was also well situated for the amenities and the beach, with a stunning sea view and spacious veranda. All in all this was a great break and we were sorry to be going home at the end of the holiday. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this caravan to anyone who wants to get away from it all, whether you're in need of a relaxing break or want to explore the borders and NE of England.

“We have just returned from a weeks holiday at Brian’s caravan.”

We had an amazing time and the caravan was perfect. Beautiful uninterrupted sea view, we saw dolphins and seals. The children’s park was just below the caravan which was great for my two. Can’t recommend enough and we will definitely be back.

“Just back from a long weekend at Brian's caravan.”

From the first contact to the last, Brian was a superb host. He phoned me within 30mins of me sending an enquiry to him which I really appreciated as I was looking for a last minute booking which I wanted to start 2 days after my enquiry. The caravan itself was fantastic with everything you need to relax...a proper 'home from home'. Tv in main bedroom and living area both with Netflix and also WiFi for you to use too. The best thing about Brian's accomodation though is the sea views....absolutely stunning and there's a large decking to enjoy the views from. Brian even left a bottle of wine for me and some sweets for my 2 young children which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Thanks Brian....we hope to return although may struggle to get booked its that popular!

The caravan was spotless and is located in a perfect clear sea view position and a great spot for an easy walk into Berwick. The caravan is very well equipped with everything you could need and having Netflix on the TV is an added bonus for a family film after a day exploring the area. We particularly loved the spacious main bedroom with the roomy ensuite shower. We have visited haven Berwick twice a year for the last 20 years and this was our favourite hire yet. My only concern is telling everyone how lovely it is might mean it’s harder to book! Highly recommend ????

“Just came back home today after spending a week in this beautiful caravan!”

Can’t fault it at all! The children loved it! And so did me and my partner Brian was very easy to talk to and was always very helpful and polite! Very clean and very well equipped! And the beds were amazing!!! I’ve been coming to Berwick for years now and this is by far the best I’ve stayed in! Can’t thank you enough can’t wait to book again!

Great location and a ten minute walk from the town. facilities on site are great a papa johns that delivers to the van cant wait to visit again. we had the most amazing week thankyou Annemarie and Dale.

The sea view is spectacular with a large decking area with table and chairs to enjoy it! Booking process was so easy and owner communication was excellent. Lovely welcome with card, chocs and wine. Would definitely book again and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing break!

“Just home from an amazing week at Linda & Doug’s van.”

Firstly we were greeted warmly by Linda & Doug who kindly left a box of roses, bottle of Prosecco & a lovely wee Happy Holidays card upon our arrival., such a lovely touch. The caravan itself is spotlessly clean, cosy, warm & has everything you need, loved the table lamps, makes it so cosy at night . The patio doors open up to present the sea right in front of you which you can enjoy by sitting out on the decking with the outdoor table & chairs, there’s even a swing seat where you can sit or swing and watch the world go by. Very quiet & peaceful location, if your looking for 1st class comfort & 1st class views this is the caravan for you. Many thanks to Linda & Doug for sharing your little peace of heaven with us. “Took my elderly Mam with limited mobility to this caravan for a short break.”

The caravan was fabulous, had everything we needed and was very clean. Shower were lovely & powerful & great to have a dishwasher. But best of all was the location, which I think was the best on the site, overlooking the coast and a small footpath. The wrap around decking with seating was great and Mam spent most of her time on the decking as we got lucky with sunny weather. Great for catching sunrises, some nice walks & not far into town. Linda & Doug were friendly & it was easy to make a booking. Mam has already asked if we’re booked up for next year!

It has everything and more. It is furnished to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. Linda and Doug were excellent hosts and very lovely helpful people. It really makes a difference when you meet the owners. They also left us a lovely welcome pack which was a very nice touch. Our son Robert spoke about how nice they were all the way home. We have hired lots of caravans throughout the years but this was by far the best. Linda and Doug thanks again and we will be back soon. Susan,Robert and Robert.

Short walking distance to the town centre and the harbour. The caravan was very clean and well equipped. The owners Linda and Doug met us to hand the keys over; they were very warm and helpful with local knowledge. We'll happily go back again.

2 bedroom ABI Ambleside 13’x 40’ caravan with private parking bay at side of caravan and extensive decking.

Lounge has 2 x 2 seater sofas, 1 of which converts to a sofa bed.

Lounge and kitchen are open plan with free standing dining table and chairs, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dish washer and built in microwave.

Kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, kettle toaster etc.

Master bedroom has king size bed, en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe - so plenty of storage space.

Twin room has 2 single beds, wardrobe and overhead cupboards.

The caravan faces the sea and the decking measures 29’ along the front of the caravan.

The sun is on the decking all day and into the evening - so a sun lovers dream.

The view is stunning and if you are lucky you can spot seals basking on the rock and even dolphins jumping through the waves.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
