Thankyou heather for the weekend we have just stayed in your stunning caravan beautiful view from the veranda we have stayed in a lot of caravans in berwick and this was far the best , lovely sitting room separate kitchen bath it was like home from home we even had our netflix and amazon prime on the tv ,caravan was spotless when we arrived whoever cleaned it needs a mention we will definitely be rebooking thankyou Trish and graham

“Discovered this caravan on the internet by accident and we're so glad we did.”

Communication with Heather was fantastic from beginning to end, she recommended places to visit and restaurants/cafes in Berwick and further afield if we required them. The caravan itself is spotless and very homely, with everything you would need, outside there is a huge balcony with patio furniture and the most amazing views of the coastline and sea. We can't wait to come back and stay here, thankyou Heather ????

“I hired this caravan for my parents sister and nephew and can honestly say they had the best holiday.”

The caravan looks over the sea so they spent alot of time relaxing on the seating area of the decking . They even got to sea dolphins going by! There was an issue with a door that was loose which we informed owner about and was fixed straight away. The caravan was clean and tidy with everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The site is in a beautiful setting and a good base for some great scenic walks and to visit other local places. It's only an hour train journey to Edinburgh if you don't fancy driving. Would recommend this caravan and the site. My parents will be returning in the future.

Communication was spot on also as Heather replied to emails very quickly. A couple of days into our holiday and we realised the gas bottle had ran out but we had been given numbers to call in and out of hours and it was replaced in under 5 minutes which was a brilliant service . Would highly recommend a stay

The caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The decor is colourful and very homely. There were so many special little touches. Booking was very easy and Heather was really friendly and helpful. She gave us all information needed including ideas of places to visit and places to eat. I would definitely recommend this caravan.

“Booked no12 Alnwick Close thru the owner Heather.”

Right on the front,views to die for. Unfortunately couldn't use the decking furniture because of the winds but I can imagine how hot it could get in summer, Sun all day long. Caravan is smashing, all you need. Everything catered for,from bedding to cleaning products. Had small problem with tv in lounge area but repair guy called twice to fix it. Contact with Heather by email but has a guy called George who is available for help. Would recommend this caravan to friends.

The property

Platinum grade modern caravan is an excellent choice for a holiday or short break, modern décor and furnishing throughout, it boast 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin.

But to maintain it to a high standard I limit it to a maximum of 4 guests as I feel that all there is room for in a caravan.

TV's in both double bedroom, There is a bathroom with a bath and shower above and a separate wc.

A fully fitted kitchen and large living room. Outside it boast a brand new huge deck with patio furniture so you can sit out in the good weather and just admire the view.

This is a large caravan so can accommodate 4 people easily, (ideally 2 adults and a max of 2 children).

Outside it benefits from a monoblocked drive and decking area with patio furniture, where you can sit and enjoy the sea views. Duvets and pillows are supplied but you will need your own duvet covers or linen can be hired.
