The property

Our beautiful ABI Horizon Exclusive 3 Bedroom is on offer for our guests.

This caravan offers sea views from its gorgeous wrap-around decking .It offers everything you will need to have a fantastic holiday.

We are situated less than a 5 minute walk from all what the park has on offer from swimming pools/restaurant/bar/entrainment.

With an added extra the beach and Berwick town centre are both in walking distance.

CARAVAN: The Caravan has 3 bedrooms, 1 x double & 2 x twin bedrooms.

All complete with wardrobes and radiators.

There are two bathrooms, which have toilets, wash basins and a radiator.

Additionally the main bathroom has a shower. In the living room / lounge you have a good sized sitting area with a large t.v, / dvd player with a selection of dvds & radio.

We also have crayons / pictures & a selection of toys should any children stay. In the dining area you have a table which comfortably sits 6 people at any one time. There is a kitchen with a gas oven with 4x gas hobs.

All pots & pans along with all cutlery plates cups & glasses are provided.

There is FULL GAS CENTRAL HEATING along with double glazed windows and door. Outside you have a full decking wrap around with seating area (rattan seats are provided) at the front of the decking. Parking - there is a car park port for one car. Quilts and bedding, cleaning products: Washing up liquid, dish cloth, toilet rolls & bin liners are all provided.

Complimentary biscuits, tea, coffee & sugar will be provided along with a bottle of wine. Should a travel cot, high chair or bed guard be required please mention this at the time of booking.

( free upon request) * Unfortunately, we do not allow animals/pets, and If you are found to have had animals in the caravan, you will be asked to leave the van immediately, and you will lose your damage deposit.

* This caravan is also a NO smoking/Vape & Strictly NO CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES.
