The property

Our beautiful caravan is a Swift Moselle 3 bedroom master ensuite.

With a beautiful sea view and decking.

Very well equipped with all you need including WiFi and access to Netflix Smart TV to have a fantastic holiday or a relaxing break.

This is a prestige caravan you may not want to leave.

We are situated on a quiet area of the park quite safe for the kids to play out on their bikes or scooters. ANIMALS: I'm sorry but I do not allow animals anybody found to have taken animals in the caravan you will be asked to leave immediately. CARAVAN: You have beautiful sea views large decking area brilliant for sitting outside with an outside lighting table and chairs, you have FULL GAS central heating radiators THROUGHOUT and double glazing. You have 3 bedrooms. The master has ensuite facilities, a double wardrobe, overhead cupboards, drawers and a dressing table with a stool & radiator. . There is 2 x 2 twin bedrooms both with overhead cupboards and wardrobes and radiators. The bathroom has a shaver point with lighting over with a good size shower, toilet and wash basin, and radiator. You have a large sitting room area with WiFi and access to Netflix Smart TV, pull-out poufees under a coffee table, double double-opening doors leading out to the large decking area. Outside you have rattan effect glass coffee table and chairs. In the Dining area, you have a table with 4 chairs this leads to the Beautiful kitchen with full gas oven, separate grill and 4 burner gas hob,with extractor fan plenty of storage cupboards and microwave,All utensils, crockery and pans for your use are provided. You have beautiful sea views and views of the golf course to your left.

You also have a 5'minute walk to the clubhouse to the beach and the golf course.

Berwick has some great walks and nature reserves right on the doorstep.

There is a beautiful quiet little beach just a five-minute walk from the caravan.

Berwick town center is within walking distance should you wish to go further than the site.

Our caravans are kept in excellent condition you won't want to leave.On-site facilities are 1st class and your surrounding park is beautiful.

Berwick has a lot to offer for a fun packed adventure or a relaxing break. I ask for a £100 deposit which secures your booking, your deposit is held as a break/damages bond which is refunded back to you within the week you leave after inspection of the caravan and the caravan is found in the same condition you found it in. Your balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival any balance not paid before the said date will be readvertised and the deposit will be non-refundable. if you want to spread your payments over a period of time that's not a problem just ask me about this facility, quilts and pillows, all bedlinen and cleaning products, etc wu liquid, dish cloth,t rolls, and bin liners are all provided.
