“We stayed here August 2025 It is a very beautiful caravan, exceptionally clean and has everything you could possibly need.”

It is in a very good location with excellent sea views. Kevin was very good with his communication. I would highly recommend this caravan, and will definitely book again.

“Just had a lovely break in Berwick at this fabulous caravan!”

Caravan is spotless and very homely and view from its location is beautiful. Could have sat all day just watching the tide going in and out. Communication from the owners was great from the first enquiry! Thanks for letting us book & stay at your Caravan, just what was needed ????

“Myself and my wife managed to visit after waiting and recovering from 2 years COVID what we all suffered with for holidays .”

From start to finish on booking our holiday we had a very friendly efficient service from the owners. Kept us updated on all that was around us with places of interest to visit, which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. The Park was kept to an high standard of cleanliness and if visiting with children plenty to do to keep them entertained. Caravan was to a very high spec and standard of cleanliness.This could not of been situated in a nicer place directly front facing the beach . After busy working months and years to sit on the veranda and take in the views and tranquility of the sea splashing eating a takeaway and enjoying a lovely glass of wine was very enjoyable. Highly recommend. Thank you for hiring us such a beautiful caravan with a very friendly welcoming service Mark & Janet

“Me and my partner booked a weekend getaway to Northumberland and were fortunate enough to stumble on this absolute gem of a caravan.”

From booking, to checking in and out, the process was hassle free and Kevin was extremely responsive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. On arrival, the caravan (which in all honesty is more like a lodge), was absolutely immaculate. The owners have clearly invested in quality, from the interior and exterior, and the caravan had everything you need. The caravan absolutely surpassed our expectations and was far more luxurious than some of the hotels I have previously stayed in. The view from the caravan is absolutely amazing. Overlooking the sea, the decking area provides you with a beautiful sitting area, and where peace and tranquillity were in abundance. The caravan is only a short walk from the main reception, onsite store and restaurant. It is also located a stone’s throw away from the beautiful town of Berwick where supermarkets and lovely shops and cafes are not in short supply. All in all, I would highly recommend this place and I can hand on heart say I will definitely be back. Thank you Kevin and Sue for allowing us to stay in this little beauty!

“What can i say apart from wow.”

.! From start to finish and everything in-between nothing was a hassle. We originally booked for Aug 2020 but covid happened and Kev and Sue allowed us to re - arrange to Aug 2021. We've been to a few caravan holidays but must say this was the best one! The caravan was spotless and the location was breath taking. The little touches which were left like milk, eggs biscuits and chocolates on arrival were so thoughtful so thank you ( the chocolates went down a treat with my girls). We will definitely be back. Thanks again for everything. X

The caravan has everything you could wish for and more and was very clean. The sea views from the caravan are one of the best you could wish for on the site. Sue and Kev where fantastic from start to finish. They made the whole booking very easy and answered any questions that we had. We will definitely be returning next year. 5 star all round.

“Kev and Sue were fabulous hosts from start to finish.”

Not only were they kind enough to honour our booking (originally for April 2020) and let us rebook (April 2021), they were great at keeping in contact about the booking, and providing as much info as they could to make our stay as easy as possible. The caravan itself is just gorgeous! It was sparkling clean and with all the things you need. You really don't need to bring anything with you apart from duvet covers & towels - they have all the essentials covered. They very kindly left some nice little extras too (butter, milk, bread, crisps, biscuits and a few beers) which were greatly appreciated. We have stayed in quite a few lovely caravans over the years, but this one has been our favourite. It was our first time at this park, and the sea views are just gorgeous, and the path directly outside is great for popping down to the beach or park and we also used it on our walk into town. Understandably there isn't a huge amount going on at the park, but the kids enjoyed the 2 play parks and scooting about the site and us adults enjoyed the sea views and fresh air. Kev and Sue's place was just a great place to chill and catch our breath and we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Many thanks.

“Had a great 5 night stay at Sue & Kev's Lodge.”

.. We were very lucky with the weather at this time of year. The Lodge is in a fantastic location giving wonderful views of the bay and over to Lindisfarne. The location is ideal for a base to explore Berwick on Tweed and surrounding areas. This lodge has everything a modern home would have with comfortable furnishings and décor. A very home from home feeling. The lodge has a great seating area on the verandah. Just right for a G&T. We highly recommend a stay here and will be planning further visits ourselves in the near future. Thanks to Sue & Kev for a wonderful stay. Mary and Duncan's.

“I have just spent a fantastic week away with my parents in Sue's static caravan.”

The accommodation is immaculate, extremely comfortable, brand new and it has every single facility that you would have at home. The location is spectacular with an uninterrupted stunning sea view. The site facilities are fantastic with a great well stocked mini market and super friendly staff. Sue is a brilliant host who made the booking experience ever so easy.

When we arrived at the caravan it was spotless and ready for us just to settle in. The caravan is gorgeous and has all you need, the view is amazing and some lovely patio furniture to sit and enjoy it from! This really is a home from home and i really hope we can visit again. Couldn't fault anything, we all had the best time in the nicest caravan. Thanks again for renting to us Kevin.

Waking up early to watch the sun rise is wonderful. Position at the park is perfect - quiet and spacious. Kev's communication throughout the booking process and on the day of arrival was excellent. Fabulous base to explore Northumberland. A really lovely 4 night break, so thank you.

“Just home from an excellent few days break staying and Kev & Sue's caravan.”

The caravan itself is in a fantastic location. It is not too far from the park facilities and has an amazing view of the sea. The sun rise and sunset are stunning to watch from the decked area at the front of the caravan. The living / dining area is spacious and has everything you need and more! The rooms are comfy and again have everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and have proper thick matresses. The owner was regularly in contact and happy to help us when needed. Would love to stay here again.

The property

Our caravan home is ideally situated in a spacious, secluded area with a beautiful sea view to the beach. Ideal for sunny days or cosy nights-in the accommodation can comfortably sleep up to four people and boasts a number of outstanding features. Large ‘Wrap-around-decking’ allowing comfortable access to the home.

Front-facing allowing stunning views over the Northumberland coast to Bamburgh and Lindisfarne Spacious living room with Freeview TV and DVD player and USB charging points. Separate dining area with table and chairs. Fully-equipped kitchen including gas hob microwave oven and dishwasher.

Coffee Machine. Master bedroom with en-suite facilities, dressing table and walk in wardrobe. One twin bedrooms with wardrobes. We ask that you leave the caravan clean and tidy on departure.

AIternatively, you may pay a £40 cleaning charge.

All duvets and pillows are provided.

Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Good sized bathroom with fully-enclosed power shower. Gas central heating throughout with the living room's 'Living Flame' fire. Private parking areas. The site offers an array of activities (passes required) for all ages.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
