The caravan is very clean, which as a clean freak is a big tick.
The van gets the sun all day,, a private parking spot, which at weekend is great, as spaces soon get filled up.
A masshousive TV, never seen one so big! Settees very comfy to sit on.
We had a problem with the boiler, I contacted Steven and he did his upmost to get the plumber back who had supposedly repaired it a couple of days before we arrived.
The site maintenance team also came and couldn't repair it.
We managed to get showered and luckily the caravan wasn't to cold in the evening, just through the night but with extra duvets we were warm.
In the mornings steven told me to put the oven on which I did, it was soon warm in the lounge.
Steven was so worried about us and foned me often throughout the weekend, he was more bothered than us!
We would definitely book with Steven again as the boiler problem wasn't his fault and he couldn't of done any more.
There's lots of cleaning products, you will need washing up liquid, dish cloths pot towels, foil, .
There are lots of plates etc and oven trays.
We're hoping to go again to see family at some point this year and will definitely book with Steven again if the van is available.
