The property

Welcome to our family owned caravan..

We are in a quiet area of the park but only minutes away from the main facilities and direct access to the beach. The caravan sleeps up to 4 people, and is central heated and double glazed.

There is a spacious lounge with ample comfy seating, a 32" TV, DVD Player, free Wi-Fi, an electric fire, free standing table and chairs, full size oven, fridge freezer and a well fitted kitchen with everything you'll need for your stay - even picnic plates for the beach.

There is also a small selection of games and DVD's The main bedroom has a king sized bed , full wardrobe, and an en suite with WC and basin.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and wardrobe and drawer space.

There is a shower room with a basin, WC and wall mounted vanity unit. The site has a club house with lots of entertainment on daily, a grocery shop, amusements arcade, indoor pool, restaurant, sports/tennis area, kids club, an ice-cream kiosk, a Koi Carp ornamental lake, and direct access on to the beach.

The site makes a great base for exploring the beautiful County of Northumberland.

or simply enjoying a day on the beach, or the site facilities.

There is a bus stop just outside the site where you can visit Newbiggin a lovely fishing village with lots of cafes and gift shops, and Ashington for shopping and where you'll also find a bus station if you want to explore the County. A £75 Security Bond will be added to the balance, and this will be returned to you once the caravan has been checked and has been left as it was found.

The bond will be returned via ukcaravans.

Ashington is a fabulous town and one of the largest in Northumberland with a variety of attractions and amenities on offer. There are bustling markets decorated with bunting where visitors can purchase authentic goods from independent stalls, alongside food outlets serving local produce. Queen Elizabeth II Country Park is a beautiful spot with a picturesque lake, whilst Ashington Community Woodland is perfect for walkers and wildlife-watchers. Discover the town's farming and mining history in Woodhorn Museum, a former 19th-century coal mine now hosting local arts and relics. Ashington is also ideally located on the coast for the peaceful Newbiggin-by-the-Sea Beach, with a stunning bay home to Sean Henry's romantic Couple sculpture, whilst golfers can take to Newbiggen Golf Club for wonderful coastal views. The historic town of Morpeth is a short journey away for stylish bars, wandering through the pretty gardens in Carlisle Park and ancient architecture such as the medieval Chantry.
