Our stay at Ashbourne heights was absolutely wonderful.

The site itself was beautiful, and the accommodation was outstanding. Didn't want to come home.

Superb accommodation.

The caravan was well equiped and lovely and clean. Beautiful white towels and bedding. The site was clean, tidy and within reasonable travel distance of Ashbourne, Buxton and Bakewell. Just a pity about the awful weather.

As a disabled traveller I found that the door by the gate was very awkward for me to manoeuvre otherwise it was a beautiful caravan, wonderful park, nice and quiet and really well kept.

It was a lovely place to stay, right in the heart of everywhere to go. Thank you very much

! Would highly recommend it. It was spotless & had everything you needed in it. The bedrooms were lovely & the bed linen was very nice all rooms had a smart tv which was great. We would definitely love to stay here again 100% recommended, perfect stay.

The lodge was very clean & had all the mod cons,a home from home,the site is clean , we had a lovely wkend for our anniversary and would highly recommend couldn't fault it would definitely book again

’ To Tim and Portia the owners. Before we arrived I had to make a couple of changes which Tim was extremely helpful with. We have had the most amazing few days away in this beautiful lodge .it was so lovely and new with such fab furnishings , plenty of space for us and our two Cockapoos, great decking and views on a lovely peaceful site n a fab location . The owners have thought of everything that we could possibly need! We would definitely love to stay again and hope to book another short break soon .

We all had a great time. The caravan is outstanding! It is modern, comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all the appliances you could need. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were better than those in a lot of hotels. Both I and my adult children all agreed that we will return both together and individually. The site is charming and peaceful.

The Hortons Hideaway is immaculate and the owner has literally thought of everything!

So much thought has gone into the facilities within the accommodation, with excellent finishing touches. The decor is lovely and the place is so clean and well maintained The wifi was excellent, which was great for the two boys who wished to use their gaming consoles of an evening. . It’s honestly been an absolute pleasure staying and we will be returning. The beds are so comfy

My friend and I had a wonderful time at Hortons Hideaway, a beautiful and comfortable caravan that was spitless.

Could not fault anything! Would love to come again and will be recommending it to our friends and family.

Just returned from a weekend break at Horton hideaway at Ashbourne heights holiday park .

Caravan was fantastic. So clean and comfortable. It had everything you need and more . Smart tv in all rooms . Comfortable beds : amazing sofa to relax on : loved the fact it had a hoover etc so we Could keep it clean . Bathrooms and showers were wonderful . The caravan park is immaculate, beautiful lawned gardens : very well kept : so clean and tidy : a wonderful play park if you have children and a indoor swimming pool . Staff in reception/shop were so friendly and helpful . A lovely quiet peaceful weekend . We were so lucky with the weather , enabling us to visit many of the towns in the area .

Beautiful accommodation with lots of considerate extras that most places don’t think of - it was especially lovely to have the doggy bowls and treats!

Caravan was spotlessly clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a stay that feels homely and luxurious. Couldn’t fault it. Highly recommend. Will be returning!

Everything exceeded our expectations.

Very nice caravan, feels like a home, stunning kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, slowcooker, cooker, oven, and furneture, comfterble seats, spotless clean and decorated with lovely details, some games and books where available, information abouth what to do for fun and incase of emergency, great sized beds, and I loved the ensuite shower room, both shower rooms where very nice two shower heads to choose from, there was a dog bowl with threats and doggy bags.

It was for us a last minit brake so had only two nights, would have loved to stay longer but proberly will be back a next time again. It's just a stunning caravan

A really comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped caravan.

A perfect base with great walks from the door along the Tissington Trail. Nearby Market Town of Ashbourne was nice to walk to and for a wander round. We had a good Indian meal at Star Anise in Ashbourne, no alcohol license but you can take your own. A lovely stay and would highly recommend.

We have just stayed here for the past 4 days with our grandchildren, the caravan/lodge was beautiful as was the site too.

Everywhere was clean, tidy and peaceful and the children loved the park and swimming pool. The onside shop has everything you need and you are only a short walk along the Tissington trail into Ashbourne or the beautiful Tissington village. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here and will almost certainly be returning in the near future. Thank you to the hosts for making check in super easy and supplying everything you need in the accommodation

We had a fantastic stay.

Felt like we had walked into a show home. Modern facilities and everything we could need. Even had spare washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Really nice touch having TVs in the bedrooms. Lovely hot showers. Everything was in working order. The park was full of families but we still got peace and quiet. Lovely decking with seating which we used every day.
