“The caravan was lovely, exactly how it was described, spotless, and in a great condition.”

The owners have thought of everything that you need. With a welcome gift as well. The Caravan is in a great position, right next to the coastal path into St Andrews. Well within walking distance for those who are able. The clubhouse, restaurant is good as well. Overall the park is lovely, clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

“Very clean with comfortable seating area and good sea view.”

“Lovely clean caravan with everyday essentials provided.”

The main bedroom is very spacious with plenty of cupboard space and a big double bed. Location was also perfect right next to the coastal path with a wee walk down hill to the beach or for a stroll along the front and having a coffee or tea and a toasty at the sea front cafes.

celebrate our grandson’s 11th birthday. The location of the caravan was perfect, overlooking the beach and the coastal path into town. The. caravan was very well equipped with everything we needed for our few days. The owner was very helpful and the Welcome Pack was a lovely touch. We’d have no hesitation in recommending and hope to return again. Thank you ????

Great views, lovely grounds. We all had a great time and as we had booked for our son’s wedding in St Andrews it was great to spend 2 more nights after the wedding in the caravan relaxing and enjoying the views. The owners Joanne and her family were very helpful with great correspondence from start to finish of our booking. It was a lovely touch Joanne leaving the card, wine & biscuits which we all enjoyed. And very much appreciated. It was a great time away and if we are allowed we would love to come back again. Many many thanks xx

“The caravan is located just above East Sands beach, very close to the path down to the beach and has fantastic sea views.”

We made use of the outside seating and decking area each night. The master suite is very spacious and has plenty wardrobe space and a very large comfy bed. The en-suite has a bath which was great for the kids after a long day at the beach. The owner, Joanne responded to our emails and queries very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back very soon.

“Excellent spot near the coastal path with beautiful views from deck and lounge area.”

Plenty seating on wrap around deck. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Spotless and up to date appliances Accompanying us was our daughter and 3 year old grandson. Spacious outside area, , games and DVDs available. Owner contact was quick and informative of all we would need. 5mins drive to St Andrews or coastal walk about 20 minutes or less. We would most certainly rebook.

“Caravan inside and out was spotless; It's situated at the front of the park with an excellent view of the bay and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay; a stone's throw from the coastal path where you could either stroll in to St.”

Andrews in a matter of minutes or go a much longer walk the other way past golf courses on your right and beautiful sea views on your left; Good communication with the owners and would definitely book again.

“The caravan is situated in the lower part of the site with a wonderful sea view and very close to the path that leads to the east sands beach and St Andrews itself.”

Very convenient. We were able to make use of the outside seating area on 3 of the 4 days we were there and it was lovely, especially with the view. The master suite is very spacious and has plenty wardrobe space. The en-suite having a bath was most unusual. The kitchen lounge area were ideal especially if you have visitors, more room, the kitchen is well kitted out with utensils and a large fridge /freezer. Joanne responded to our emails very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope we can return soon.

The property

Our lovely holiday home is located in a prime location within the award winning St Andrews Holiday Park at Kinkell Braes. With unobstructed views of the sea, we are literally a stone’s throw from the coastal path leading to St Andrews East Sands Beach promenade and its stunning sandy bay.

A short stroll along this beautiful promenade takes you to the town itself, where you'll find the world-famous Home of Golf, as well as lots of boutique shops, restaurants, bars and cafes dotted throughout the town's medieval streets and historic buildings.

Professionally cleaned before each arrival, our holiday home can comfortably accommodate 4/6 people (option of incorporating a large double sofa bed), it has double glazing and gas central heating, as well as full wrap-around decking and quality patio furniture. There's free wi-fi and internally you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, which is open to a spacious and comfortable living area complete with free-standing dining table and chairs, large sofa, electric fire and 43 inch Smart TV, which includes Free View and Netflix etc.

There is a large master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom (toilet, shower and bath), as well as a spacious twin bedroom plus a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

Please note: No pets.

No smoking. Minimum rental period 3 nights. Bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided, however, you will need to provide all hand, bath and tea towels.

ST ANDREWS

Dundee 13 miles; Perth 35 miles; Edinburgh 50 miles.

St Andrews is Scotland's oldest university town and is situated in the north-east corner of the Kingdom of Fife. In this region, the landscape varies from the gentle hills in the rural hinterland to the windswept cliffs, rocky bays and sandy beaches where scenes from the film 'Chariots of Fire' were famously shot. The town is easily explored on foot, as the main streets form the hub of the town and offer an interesting variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. The association of St Andrews with golf dates to the 15th century, with the famous 'Old Course' being constructed in the 16th century, whilst today, St Andrews is the frequent venue of championship events and boasts an additional five alternative public courses in the area as well as the excellent Golf Museum. To the south of St Andrews is the East Neuk, a region of quaint fishing villages, while Fife, Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh can all be easily reached.
