“Fantastic caravan, very well decorated.”

Clean and spacious. Thanks Chloe for the nice touches, milk, tablet and dog treats very much appreciated. The caravan is in a great location and easy walk into town. Good communication with Chloe, quick responses to questions. The only negatives would be the decking shows a gate in the pictures but did not have a gate and was therefore not secure for the dog. Also, the description of the caravan says "it has everything you need for your self catering holiday" however we were not notified at the time of booking that you need to bring your own bedding or pay £40.00 for bedding to be provided. We were informed of this the week before arrival. That said, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice little touches waiting in the rooms for us (Tunnocks teacakes and sweets and bubbles for the Grandson, a pint of milk nicely chilled). The caravan was tidy and clean, lovely fresh bedding and towels. Communication with Chloe and Chris was fab. Highly recommend. I'll be back ????

Beautifully presented with great attention to detail. Excellent idea to provide box inside door for footwear as it meant the carpets were spotless, despite the rain during one morning of our stay. Communication with owner was most helpful, pleasant with prompt reply. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return..

“We booked this caravan as a surprise stay for our parents.”

They absolutely loved it. The caravan was immaculate, had excellent views across St Andrews & the sea. Short walk to the beach. Very spacious, nice big living area. The site is lovely, they ate at the on-site restaurant & papa John's pizza & got really nice food from both. Communication with Wilma was excellent , very friendly. The caravan was very reasonably priced. Our parents had a wonderful stay. Would definitely book again!

Excellent distance from town, as you can walk along the coastal path to get there. We were a little nervous as we'd never used UKCaravans4Hire before, but the stay and our host's attentiveness and hospitality alleviated any worries we had. Wilma is a fantastic host and we couldn't recommend her and the caravan enough!

“Just returned from a lovely week in this beautiful caravan.”

The caravan was spotless I have gave it a 5 but definitely a 5+. Communication was excellent from start to finish and Wilma was a great help when our car broke down and even gave us extra time to leave at the end of the week. The caravan is in a beautiful spot next to the main path to walk to the beach and the views of the beach from the caravan are excellent. If you are looking for a beautiful/clean caravan definitely book.

“We found this caravan exactly like the pictures, the van was spotless we had no complaints and I am very particular.”

It was fully equipped with everything you need, the views are spectacular we were lucky to have good weather and used the decking area for breakfast and evening drinks. Sally was a great hostess and was very helpful from the beginning of our booking we could not fault anything and will definitely be booking again. Do not hesitate to book this van it is in a prime spot close to the front of the site and if you are as lucky as us you will see lots of baby rabbits.

Was found just as the photos show on here. Very clean, fresh and homely. It has a genuine great view of the bay and most of the East sands. A nice balcony and chairs etc. It is a great wee base to holiday from and relax. The site is big but feels very safe and quiet and is kept immaculate too.

“My family(inc my husband, 6 year old daughter, grandparents and sister in law) stayed in this lovely caravan for a weekend break.”

The caravan is very modern and in immaculate condition. It has everything you need if you are self catering. It also has some lovely homely touches. The view from the caravan is beautiful, it looks onto the beach and across St Andrews. It is also only a short walk down to the beach and swimming pool, which is great if you have kids as you can pop up and down. The decking is lovely to sit out on and enjoy the views. We all enjoyed our stay in the caravan and there was plenty of room for us all. I would highly recommend this caravan.

Enjoy a little relaxation at our wonderful home from home.

Our Caravan is situated on the beautiful St. Andrews Holiday Park which sits on the clifftop above the beach.

Park up at the caravan and leave your car as you walk down the path onto the beach or further on down into the beautiful and bustling town of St. Andrews. Our caravan is situated closer to the bottom of the site and is on a quiet area of the park.

It has one double room, one single room.

Open plan kitchen & Living room.

The caravan has a gas fire in the living room and plug in oil filled radiators in all rooms. It has everything you need for your self catering holiday.

Whither you’re an indoor or outdoor swimmer there are plenty of options for everyone.

The swimming pool is within walking distance at the bottom of the hill on the beach path.

Or walk along a little further and you will find one of Scotlands ever popular Tidal Pools.

Castle Sands pool sits in the penumbra of castle ruins.

Dundee 13 miles; Perth 35 miles; Edinburgh 50 miles.

St Andrews is Scotland's oldest university town and is situated in the north-east corner of the Kingdom of Fife. In this region, the landscape varies from the gentle hills in the rural hinterland to the windswept cliffs, rocky bays and sandy beaches where scenes from the film 'Chariots of Fire' were famously shot. The town is easily explored on foot, as the main streets form the hub of the town and offer an interesting variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. The association of St Andrews with golf dates to the 15th century, with the famous 'Old Course' being constructed in the 16th century, whilst today, St Andrews is the frequent venue of championship events and boasts an additional five alternative public courses in the area as well as the excellent Golf Museum. To the south of St Andrews is the East Neuk, a region of quaint fishing villages, while Fife, Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh can all be easily reached.
