    “This is a lovely caravan on a wonderful site.”

    The view from the decking and living room area is absolutely wonderful- worth booking for that alone! The caravan was spotlessly clean, with a kitchen far better stocked than most holiday lets ever offer, and the owner's communication was fantastic. The clubhouse with bar, restaurant and games room for kids is really nice, with very welcoming staff and a good menu, and there is also a Papa Johns if you fancy pizza. We really enjoyed our break here- it's been 13 years since we last visited and we ...

The property

Our caravan overlooks the stunning St Andrews East Sands Bay and harbour, (look out for the dolphins). On the large decking area there is a patio furniture set along with a table, parasol and 4 chairs to help you enjoy the stunning East Sands view. The caravan is double glazed with a gas fire and gas central heating so should never be cold. The Blu Ray Player and 50" smart TV will keep you occupied if by some miracle it should dare rain during your visit to St Andrews.

There is also a Bluetooth soundbar connected to the tv which will also play music from your phone etc. Complimentary EE Mobile WIFI is available in the caravan and the bar/restaurant area also has WIFI.

About the location

ST ANDREWS

Dundee 13 miles; Perth 35 miles; Edinburgh 50 miles.

St Andrews is Scotland's oldest university town and is situated in the north-east corner of the Kingdom of Fife. In this region, the landscape varies from the gentle hills in the rural hinterland to the windswept cliffs, rocky bays and sandy beaches where scenes from the film 'Chariots of Fire' were famously shot. The town is easily explored on foot, as the main streets form the hub of the town and offer an interesting variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. The association of St Andrews with golf dates to the 15th century, with the famous 'Old Course' being constructed in the 16th century, whilst today, St Andrews is the frequent venue of championship events and boasts an additional five alternative public courses in the area as well as the excellent Golf Museum. To the south of St Andrews is the East Neuk, a region of quaint fishing villages, while Fife, Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh can all be easily reached.
