“This is a lovely caravan on a wonderful site.”

The view from the decking and living room area is absolutely wonderful- worth booking for that alone! The caravan was spotlessly clean, with a kitchen far better stocked than most holiday lets ever offer, and the owner's communication was fantastic. The clubhouse with bar, restaurant and games room for kids is really nice, with very welcoming staff and a good menu, and there is also a Papa Johns if you fancy pizza. “We very much enjoyed our four nights stay in your very warm, comfortable, clean and well equipped static caravan; it even had an Iron and hair dryer!”

The views across the bay and the beautiful sunsets were stunning. We explored some of the Fife coastal path from the site, walked into St Andrews many times, (took about 15 minutes), and enjoyed the history en route. It was great to see the St. Andrews Old Course and to wander through the town itself with all the lovely shops, cafes and restaurants then to return to the caravan and the gorgeous views!! We drove to the lovely villages nearby one day and highly recommend Crail and the lovely cafe there. The pub/restaurant onsite was very much appreciated on our first evening following our long journey and our meal was good, as was the service. On our journey home we visited The Royal Yacht Britannia in Edinburgh which took us about one and a half hours travel but was well worth it as it was amazing!! Highly recommend!! Thank you for your help and advice before and during our stay, we had a wonderful four days and would gladly return.

“Unfortunately we felt this holiday was not good.”

Basic things lacking that we have had in other accommodation within the park. No towels, No hairdryer, The view was lovely and the caravan was Very clean, but just small things missing for us.

Andrews. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in you lovely van possibly the cleanest van we have ever stayed in. The weather was fab during our stay so we were able to make full use of the outside space the views are stunning. Hopefully not our last stay and look forward to returning

“This was our first visit and hopefully not the last!”

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and the large decking area with a lovely view made it even more special. Beds were very comfortable and it was good having an extra toilet in the master bedroom. We would definitely recommend! We are grandparents who brought our two grandsons who loved their wee trip to St Andrews.

“Just returned from an excellent holiday in this lovely caravan.”

.highly recommended..the caravan itself was so confortable, cosy and spotlessly clean. Plenty of wardrobe space..great location, views of the sea, and town..excellent communication with the owners...the L shaped veranda was another plus...in the summer this must be a bonus for anyone holidaying here. Simply could not fault it one bit.

It makes such a difference going into a lovely clean and tidy caravan.The van is also very well equipped with everything you could need.It is also very well situated with a smashing view over the harbour. The property

Our caravan overlooks the stunning St Andrews East Sands Bay and harbour, (look out for the dolphins). On the large decking area there is a patio furniture set along with a table, parasol and 4 chairs to help you enjoy the stunning East Sands view. The caravan is double glazed with a gas fire and gas central heating so should never be cold. The Blu Ray Player and 50" smart TV will keep you occupied if by some miracle it should dare rain during your visit to St Andrews.

There is also a Bluetooth soundbar connected to the tv which will also play music from your phone etc. Complimentary EE Mobile WIFI is available in the caravan and the bar/restaurant area also has WIFI.

Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
