The property

This is a 3 bedroomed caravan - currently set as 2 twin rooms and a double - sleeping 6.

Each bedroom has a wardrobe, shelving and mirror with USB Charging points.

We provide bedding and linen but you should bring your own towels and extra for the beach! There is a shower room with toilet and also a separate toilet - you'll need to bring your own toiletries but we'll leave toilet rolls. All the rooms have their own radiators and the caravan has double glazing - so it's cosy all year round. The kitchen area is well equipped, including kettle, toaster, microwave, waffle maker, toastie machine and lots of other extras as well as glasses and mugs for those coffees and drinks on the decking.

There is a dining area which will seat 6 people, right next to the full size fridge freezer.

The lounge area has a Smart TV so that means once you're finished enjoying outdoor activities and visiting other areas you can login to your Netflix or other streaming service and enjoy watching whatever you like - it also has regular TV too.

We've added unlimited private WIFI and it's included in the cost.

There are a few games, a pack of cards and local tourist information here too. Outside the caravan has a wrap around deck so you're straight out the door on to the deck and there is a dining table and seating for 6 people outside.

The gate on to the deck locks so it's nice and secure if you have small children or dogs.

It's so pleasant to sit and welcome the day or watch the sun go down.

The caravan is in a quiet location on the park but you can walk easily to all the facilities the park has to offer, including a small shop, café and childrens play area.

The beach is very near by so you can have a paddle or a swim when it's warm enough. Of course, if you want a tech break you can spend more time outside to enjoy the beautiful East Neuk of Fife.

The holiday park sits on the Fife Coastal path and there is a fine selection of walks/runs straight from the door or within a short drive.

St Andrews has a great selection of bars and restaurants and is around a 25 minute drive.

There are numerous golf courses in this area all within easy reach.

Our 4-night bookings start on a Monday and our 3-night bookings start on a Friday.

Bookings of 7 nights or more can start on either a Monday or a Friday.

About the location

LEVEN

Glenrothes 8 miles; St Andrews 15 miles; Edinburgh 37 miles; Stirling 41 miles.

A seaside town on the east coast of Fife; Leven is the gateway to the picturesque fishing villages of East Neuk, with history leading back to as far as the 15th century! Leven’s name is derived from the Pictish word for ‘flood’ and is a wonderland of woodlands and nature trails, perfect for enjoying that clean country air. Leven became a popular tourist resort when the railway link connected it to the Edinburgh-Aberdeen line in 1854 and it has remained so to this day with its beautiful, long sandy beach, the luscious Letham Glen and Siverburn parks. Golfers are drawn here by the Leven Links and Lundin Links courses, with a further two at nearby Scoonie. With the village’s close proximity to St Andrews, known as “The Home of Golf”, it is an ideal location for golf enthusiasts. Leven is a superb location for touring the beautiful coastal villages of Fife, Stirling; the largest city in central Scotland and Edinburgh.
