“This is a fantastic caravan in a lovely quiet site right next to a superb beach.”

The caravan was exceptionally clean and well presented, comfortable and perfect for a family of 4 with a dog. Our hosts were wonderful and provided great customer service. They sent us all the necessary details in advance and also left us a very kind welcome gift in the fridge. We would recommend this caravan without hesitation to anyone looking to explore Fife. We were fortunate to book in August and the weather was brilliant. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the spacious decking which was ...

They sent us all the necessary details in advance and also left us a very kind welcome gift in the fridge. We would recommend this caravan without hesitation to anyone looking to explore Fife. We were fortunate to book in August and the weather was brilliant. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the spacious decking which was nice and secure for our dog. The site restaurant serves decent food at a reasonable price, the cafe is great and the bar is very good with plenty of entertainment.

“Just home from a 6 night stay, our second visit to Angela’s caravan.”

We love it - clean, comfortable, homely, with everything you need. Location is perfect, 2 mins walk and you’re on the beach. My two little dogs loved the doggie treats in the welcome basket, which was amazing with treats for all of us (the wine was just the best chilling on the decking). We’ll definitely be back - Elie is our happy place and this is the perfect base to enjoy it xx

“Just returned home from our first visit to Shell Bay , Elie.”

We had a fantastic weeks stay. Our caravan was spotless clean with a great decking area. A lovely touch from the owner was the goodie basket we received on arrival. The facilities on site were excellent with good food and drinks and really dog friendly , dogs welcome anywhere. Great walks and a gorgeous beach topped it all off. We would highly recommend this caravan and holiday park and will definitely be returning in the future.

“We have just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable week in this caravan made possible through the way Angela and Athol had prepared for our arrival.”

The van, which is situated in a quiet location with south facing sun deck was spotless throughout. It had absolutely everything we needed for our stay (including shoe polish and brushes!) meaning there was no need for an immediate dash to the shops! The finishing and very thoughtful touch of a welcome pack for both us and our dog Charlie made it extra special too. Many thanks again

“Just returned from a wonderful stay at this modern spacious caravan.”

It has everything you could need including a fabulous decking area to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The added touches including Easter biscuits and treats for the dog made this extra special! Communication was excellent from the owners too. We would love to come back again soon and would highly recommend.

Our caravan is situated on the Fife coastal path with woodland walks close at hand and a beautiful beach minutes away.

There's an onsite shop for essentials, café, bar, laundry, restaurant and takeaway.

(See reception for opening times). For the little ones there's Robinson Crusoe Adventure Park and a games room.

Everywhere onsite is child and pet friendly.

Bed linen provided.

Hand towels provided only.

Great location for a relaxing holiday and a great base for St Andrews and surrounding areas. Also a great location for golfers to travel to courses nearby.

A seaside town on the east coast of Fife; Leven is the gateway to the picturesque fishing villages of East Neuk, with history leading back to as far as the 15th century! Leven’s name is derived from the Pictish word for ‘flood’ and is a wonderland of woodlands and nature trails, perfect for enjoying that clean country air. Leven became a popular tourist resort when the railway link connected it to the Edinburgh-Aberdeen line in 1854 and it has remained so to this day with its beautiful, long sandy beach, the luscious Letham Glen and Siverburn parks.
