First caravan that I have stayed in that has no WIFI. That's not the end of the world. on first impression of the caravan it looked clean and tidy.
once starting to put things away the cleaning had not been done very good, oven, microwave and fridge had not been cleaned, also a grill pan in the grill with grease still in it.
I understand Liam does not need to supply cleaning products but some were in the cupboard, lacking in a lot. plenty hand sanitiser but empty hand wash in the bathroom.
I might of been expecting more because of the other caravans I have stayed in, no hand towels, 1 toilet roll in each bathroom, 1 dishtowel.
I was charged a cleaning fee but never had the best clean for me going in. rubbish still in small bedroom, inside cupboards sticky, pots and utensils not clean, cupboard housing heating and brushes covered in dirt, fridge still with spillage's from previse guests in door and edges of shelfing, microwave food splatters, oven crumbs all over the bottom, grill had a griddle pan in it with oil, dresser in master bedroom sticky surface.
Net curtains were ripped where someone has opened the windows through them, didn't look nice.
Bed was very comfortable but when I stripped the bedding off at the end of our week, OMG. stained mattresses, no mattress protectors, no pillow protectors, the single bed mattress was really bad.
I have had rental caravans in the past and this is not in my opinion the standard to expect when paying a lot of money (this was the most expensive caravan I have booked at Shell bay)
