“Excellent accommodation thoroughly enjoyed pir weekend weather was icing on the cake.”

Only downside was the arcade for the children half the machines didn't pay out my 5 year old grandson won a jackpot and no tickets came out feel you are robbing little ones with this so expensive and a 10p pack of sweets. Nothing to do with our stay but just making this a negative. Food choices very good at takeaway and restaurant.

“This caravan was spotless and very cosy, well equipped and had everything we needed.”

The caravan also had loads of board games for the kids, situated near the beach and not too far from the park and the club house. We booked directly through Ruth who was fantastic and even checked in with us when we arrived to make sure everything was fine. Highly recommend and we hope to stay again next year.

“Lovely caravan, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.”

Close to beach and lovely walks. Thank you for the welcome pack. The caravan was well equipped, the only fault I could give is that there are no decent knives for chopping food. We had an issue with loss of power but Ruth swiftly arranged for a member of park staff to visit and we were sorted quickly. Would definitely love to return.

“This was our first time staying in a static caravan.”

It was totally delightful. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean. and everything that you would possibly need was there. We took out little dog and he loved sitting outside on the balcony. When we arrived he noticed we had forgotten to bring his water bowl - hey! but Ruth had even thought of that - there was one just waiting in the cupboard. I could not find any fault at all with the caravan. The weather could have been better - but it was certainly a consolation to know that after going out walking and seeing the sites - we had such a lovely place to go back to. A lovely site too. I am 100% certain that I will be placing another booking with Ruth in the future. There was nothing that she had not thought of. Running this accommodation was obviously a labour of love and pride! We both loved it.. and Bertie loved all the wee rabbits running about outside. Thank you for making it all so lovely for us.

“Had a lovely stay caravan was really clean , would have been nice to have some tea/coffee or milk on arrival as most caravan hosts do,, and with no shop opened from our arrival to end off holiday it made unnecessary travel and not as much time spent on the site with my elderly parents who were in the accessible lodge.”

Most of our stay was looking for shops. We also had a issue the morning we left as had no electricity for breakfast, once we contacted reception they sent a repair guy straight away to resolve the issue. I contacted the owner directly just in case there was a issue for future guests . On the up side, the park facilities were great for dogs and spotlessly clean and a light bit of entertainment even bingo would have been a great idea when you holiday with a 19, 78 and 80 year old.

The property

Situated at Elie Holiday Park in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife, this comfortable and well equipped 2 bedroom caravan is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Outside, the secure wrap around decking is furnished with table and chairs, perfect for some al fresco dining or simply for enjoying the sunshine. Inside, the open plan living space has ample comfortable seating, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

A smart TV, dvd player and wifi are provided. Both the double and single bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

The double bedroom has an en-suite toilet and there is a separate shower room/WC. The caravan is fully double glazed and has central heating.

It is only a short stroll to the beach and the park amenities which include a bar (with entertainment at weekends during the summer), restaurant, cafe/take-away and shop.

There is also a children's play area and amusement arcade. Included in the price are bed linen and towels, however please bring your own beach towels. Pets are welcome by arrangement.

A seaside town on the east coast of Fife; Leven is the gateway to the picturesque fishing villages of East Neuk, with history leading back to as far as the 15th century!
