“This is a great caravan for your trip to St.”

Monans it is very big inside great double bedroom and 2 bathrooms the caravan looks in newish condition and has a good living room and kitchen and decking and table and chairs nice location near the bottom of the park in a quiet spot.

The property

Situated in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife, this well appointed 2 bedroom caravan has everything you need for a memorable holiday.

On arrival at the caravan a few steps take you through the front door which gives access to the open plan living space which provides a well equipped kitchen and dining/living area with ample seating.

The rear door opens on to an enclose veranda where you will find a table and garden chairs.

A smart tv allows you access to your Netflix account, I player and other streaming apps.

WiFi is included in the price.

The two bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes, shelves and mirrors, with quality bedlinen provided.

Towels are supplied for daily use, but please bring your own towels for the beach.

The accommodation includes a shower room with toilet and wash hand basin plus a separate wc.

A high chair and bed guard are available on request.

Gas and electricity are included in the price.

The caravan, named Fidra, is situated a few minutes walk from the coastal path and tidal pool.

In the village you will find a cafe, the East Pier restaurant and award winning Craig Millar restaurant, along with a village shop.

Fidra looks directly on to the village park, which includes a children’s play park.

The facilities at Elie Holiday Park are included free for guests at St Monans Holiday Park.

About the location

ST MONANS

Anstruther 3 miles; St Andrews 12 miles; Edinburgh 45 miles.

St Monans takes its name from St Monance who was killed by raiding Danes in approx 875, and is one of a collection of picturesque, traditional fishing villages in Fife’s beautiful East Neuk or ‘corner’. The village has a pub/hotel, award-winning restaurant and a café. It also has a fish merchant and a traditional fish smokehouse as well as superb views over the Firth of Forth. Just along the coast is the equally attractive village of Anstruther which is home to not only the Scottish Fisheries Museum giving a fascinating insight into the fishing industry in Scotland but also the renowned and award winning fish and chip bar. A short drive away is St Andrews, the home of golf and also Falkland village, with its spectacular palace. Slightly further afield is Tentsmuir Forest National Nature Reserve which consists of some 50 square miles of dunes, heath, lochs, forest and a large variety of wildlife. With Edinburgh only 40 miles away and easily reachable train or car, St Monans truly has something for everyone.
