The property was great although I had to chase up yourselves with access to the caravan as I did not receive any details so would not book through yourselves again

Lovely homely van.

Loved the colour scheme, and the bee’s. We enjoyed our break. No complaints at all. Neil the owner was very helpful and polite. Would definitely come back again another time. Thank you

No sorry i would NOT stay here again.

I had to wash all the dishes, the cupboards out, the cutlery and cutlery tray and drawer it was discusting. The mug holder everything had to be scrubbed before using. The shower, the floor. I dont know when they had the cleaner in or if they have every had a cleaner. Sorry. Definately would not use this caravan again or recommend it.

The van was exactly what we thought it would be.

Although we were close to over filled bins that hadn't been emptied for what seemed like over a week! There were seagulls all in the bins taking the food! The van also seemed a bit tired however, this was what we expected. Location of the van was perfect and we enjoyed the facilities. We would visit again.

We arrived at the van earlier than expected and the owner said we can get access sooner rather than 4pm which was a bonus!

We met the owner there as he said his cleaner was ill and he came to check the van over. He is a lovely guy very friendly seemed a genuine guy, no complaints there as he always got back to us if we had a question. Once we were in the van it wasn't cleaned to a good standard, there was still dog hair on the carpet, food from previous people In the freezer and cupboards. Bathroom floor around the toilet was filthy, the shower needs some attention to cleanliness,also a used razor left, radiator is coming away too. The master bed is broken and could do with a new one and a mattress as you can feel all the springs. The bedding itself, waterproof sheets were left on the bed no new ones or taken away. The quilts had some marks on too, ideally you should have a wash and spare of everything. In the kitchen, there was not enough utensils, no cheese grater, no pizza pan or cutter no sharp knife's except a small blunt one and a bread knife. I'm not sure if they were there to start with but not now. We purchased a pizza tray and left it there for others. As we left the car there whilst he owner was doing checks etc I'm not sure if he done some painting somewhere as we kept finding paint flakes all the time on the floor which isn't great when you have a baby. One of the bedrooms had some Children's socks, vests and a bag left in it too which don't belong to us, we left them in the bedroom incase the previous people want them sent to them. Overall it was ok, the kids loved that different games were supplied and the decor was pretty, the location is great to explore south wales, and the site as good. We did cut out holiday short and left on Thursday night as we had several rowdy vans around us and children who were swearing and throwing litter everywhere as well they stole the outside bench so we couldn't sit outside at all which is not fault to the owner of course but combined with everything else we had enough. Hate to leave negative comments, but it just wasn't the best and it's our only holiday we do a year.

We had a lovely break in this caravan.

It was clean, had lots of facilities, everything you need for your holiday. The site was in a great location, clean with great facilities on-site. The owner was a great communicator and nothing was too much trouble. We would return in the future.

Mr Jones was a really nice chap but there was so much wrong with the caravan, I only stayed because family were coming.

Dirty rug in lounge, 2 wobbly chairs in dining area and 2 stools there were 5 of us. The net curtains with rips . Mattresses need changing , feel the springs . TV ‘s in bedrooms couldn’t be used they were advertised. Hole in hallway covered by vinyl lay. Plus side excellent equipment in kitchen, constant hot water and efficient central heating. I have photos of the faults if required. Sorry for bad review but surely you inspect the properties you advertise.

Had a fab time in trecco bay for the coronation weekend the caravan was clean and tidy a nice big tv in the lounge, nice big seating area was ideal for my family and dogs, Neil the owner was very helpful very happy will definitely be going back

A lovely few days in Neil's van.

Beautiful and clean, home from home. Lovely having the stair gate so we could open door without dog doing a runner. Glad we took our fan as it was boiling hot. Will defo book again. Thank you.

We've just arrived home from a lovely Bank Holiday weekend spent in Neil's caravan.

The caravan was very clean on arrival and very well looked after! A lovely home from home with a very modern and homely touch for our get away with young children. It had everything we needed whilst staying on site and for a great price! Neil was very friendly with a very easy and straight forward check in/check out system! (Saves the waiting around and ques in reception) We would 100% recommend this caravan and we are already planning and looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely caravan with everything you could need for a comfortable stay!

Close to amenities and a lovely table outside for alfresco dining! We have a great stay at this caravan and are returning in 6 weeks! Owner (Neil) very attentive and and responded quickly to general queries.

Very spacious caravan but one room the single beds were a little smaller than the over room.

The owner was very helpful with any questions and concerns! He was very friendly and approachable with the check in service! Apart from that a very joyful experience and would definitely be using Neil again!

Well what can I say except what a beautiful caravan it really is a home from home lovely and spacious and very very welcoming from the moment you open the door in fact I would say its one of the nicest caravans I have stayed in in Porthcawl will definitely be booking to stay again

Just came back from a brilliant holiday.

the homely caravan made the say even better. everything you need is there it's like home from home. no trouble getting hold of the owner Neil as soon as we text to say we arrived he text back enjoy your stay. Not to far from the beach and pavillion but nice and quiet surroundings. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

we absolutely loved our stay in this caravan it was lovely and clean , everything needed was present we went for the extra bedding option which was a great benefit to us bedding was clean and fresh a massive help for us meaning we did not need to fetch bedding with us.

really impressed with the caravan in general they were great hosts and truth be told i would not book another private caravan to go to trecco i will in future use this one absolutely faultless.
