“Wow, what an amazing stay!”

The static caravan was absolutely perfect, and the entire experience was made even better by the fantastic owner. Communication was a breeze from start to finish—they were incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions quickly and making us feel completely at ease. ?The caravan itself was spotless. We were just a short walk from everything we wanted to see and do, and it made exploring the area so convenient. ?This is a true 5-star experience, and we can't recommend it enough. We'll definitely be back!

The caravan was a real home from home. The position on the site was really good. The small area of caravans on the Belfrey made it quite quiet and private. It was a lovely setting. The caravan was immaculate with great amenities. We loved your caravan. Response to messages was prompt and clear. Telephone calls gave further information about our accommodation. Thank you. ,

“Caravan was absolutely beautiful!”

Was filled with extra little touches from straighteners to toys, games, even a medicine cupboard! Calpol, sudocrem etc Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Definitely book again. Caroline, the owner, was so nice also checking in and helping with any queries. We had a fabulous 4 nights.

The caravan was situated in a quiet area of the caravan park only a short walk away from the main facilities. Everything we needed was supplied in the caravan and the owner was super helpful ensuring we had what we needed for our stay. We hope to stay again soon.

“Lovely caravan, owner very helpful nothing was too much trouble, easy access using key safe, quiet part of site, ideal for us having younger kids as they are in bed quite early, few minutes walk from park and show bar but manageable for the wee ones :) would definitely use this van again.”

“We had a great couple of nights in this very comfortable, modern and fully equipped with anything that you could possibly need caravan.”

The caravan is in a quieter part of the caravan site, which was good for us with a young family, but only a short walk from the main sites facilities. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

“I would like to say that when we stayed for the 1 night it was most appreciated that the owner accepted our booking as it was a last minute decision.”

Check in was from 4pm and check out was lunchtime at 12 so we had plenty of time, just a shame it was a bit later that we got checked in as the owner gave us the code for the key but not where the caravan was and what number it was even reception couldn’t find us on system as the owner never registered us for check in but apart from that it was really good and we appreciate that we managed to get a caravan for the night.

Hi Susan, Thank you for your review and leaving our property clean and tidy on your departure. We appreciate the feedback and welcome any suggestions made by our guests on how to further improve . Regrettably the issues you have highlighted were not only on our part but the sites part( your arrival was registered for 4pm , however, you did arrive a few hours early requesting to be let on site). As you were on site I had to contact reception and have them ammend your arrival time. I was assured this was done, however again this was not the case ( I then amended this myself to allow access to the site ). In regards to the lack of directions this was 100% an oversight on our part and something that should not have been overlooked and will not be in the future. I would like to highlight on departure while the van was clean and tidy, the door was left unlocked. This was not noticed until I went there myself a week later. Apologies if any of the issues you highlighted disrupted your stay with us in any way Kind regards The Owners Property Owner

“We had a lovely weekend at Seton Sands, immaculate and spacious accommodation in a quiet area of the park.”

Kids could play freely outside the caravan and also at the little sand park just round the corner. The caravan is less than 5 mins walk from the main area but far enough not to be disturbed by the entertainment and revellers. Staff on site are brilliant and keep the kids entertained, correspondence with the owner is great I would highly recommend. Booked up again for the next school holidays!

Our Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 8 berth holiday home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk from the main entertainment zone.

A large swimming pool with water slides is available on-site with daily actives available around the park, which you can pay for at the entertainment zone or take a trip to the beach across the road. The holiday home has private WiFi with two smart TVs and all the modern conveniences needed for a relaxing stay. Evenings can be enjoyed on the decking with an 8 piece furniture set or down in the main complex show bar watching the nightly acts available. There is an on-site supermarket for daily essentials, a launderette, a restaurant with outdoor seating areas and a take-away chip shop for the times you don't feel like cooking.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
