“Just back from a stay in Craig’s caravan everything was as Craig said you have a really lovely caravan very comfortable and met all our needs the Wi-Fi was good as we were out during the day we chilled and watched a few films at night.”

We would like to recommend Foxlake at Dunbar only 20/25 mins away our family had a ball doing water activities the toilet/ changing facilities were very clean cafe served hot drinks and snacks which were reasonably priced, we also visited the museum of flight at east fortune only approx 15 mins away this was another excellent day out plenty to do and see.Took one of Craig’s suggestions and booked the longniddry inn only 5 mins along the road it was excellent great food and service, we also had a takeaway from the local Chinese in port seton 2 mins away was amazing they do deliver to the caravan site but we chose to collect we left their menu in the caravan for future guests lastly we tried the local chippy Benes in port seton was very good also but are very very big portions ???? we would definitely book again with Craig his service as a caravan owner was excellent ??

“We had a fab stay here as a family of 4 (5 year old and 2 year old).”

It was our first family holiday away in a caravan and it was a great experience. The caravan was ideally situated with a 5 min walk uphill from the main entertainment complex and right next to the golf course which the hubby and 5 year old made use of. Craig was a super host, always on hand with any questions I had. Netflix and wifi a nice touch for when winding down in the evening. Will definitely be back as Seton Sands was a great base to go explore and have a great family holiday, beach on the front, a few restaurants to chose from and an easy trip into Edinburgh. Tip: park at ocean terminal for free all day and jump on the tram into the city.

“Great caravan, well equipped and located in a quiet part of the park but still a short walk to the facilities.”

The weather was less than ideal when we visited so the large collection of DVDs came in handy for entertaining the kids - WiFi was also great and very well-used! Great communication from Craig prior to arrival. The 26 Lothian Bus starts and ends right outside the park - very handy.

Once again the caravan was clean , very comfortable very well equipped with everything you need , great decking area and furniture. Good wi fi in caravan .Excellent location in the park . Would definitely recommend this caravan to others and look forward to booking up again next year . It was clean and in the best part of the park. All arranged with Craig who was helpful and professional at all times. One of the best features of the caravan which the kids loved was the Wi-fi Hub especailly when mobile data can be a little weak in some areas of the park. It was clean, easy to find and in a nice area of the complex. Not even a 5 min walk from the main complex and facilities were good. “Booked this very last minute and I must say that the communication from Craig was outstanding .”

We had confirmation of our booking and arrival instructions within minutes of making the booking. Any queries we had were answered very promptly. Arrival, checkin at reception and finding the property were very easy using the information supplied. The caravan was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed for our break. It's in a lovely area of the park nice and quiet and just a short walk to the complex. We made use of the decking as the weather was partly kind to us, its a lovely place to sit and chill. My granddaughter was very impressed by the dvd collection, and we all made use of them. I would have no hesitation in booking again or recommending. From start to finish our holiday was just what we needed , and stress free last minute plans made possible by Craig's excellent communication.

Lots of things to keep kids entertained on site and the bus for Edinburgh stops outside the park. Craig gave us lots of information regarding activities to do snd see in that area and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and answered all my queries immediately. The caravan is located in a prime spot of the caravan park. Very private with loads of space at the side of it. Really quiet, you would not know you were on a caravan park. The caravan was spotless and well equipped. Communication with Craig was excellent and the recommendations for trips/pubs were a great help. Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh and plenty of lovely beaches close by. We will definitely be visiting Scotland again.

“We booked this van for our 2 wks summer holidays as we had a family wedding in the area.”

What a great choice we made; I would highly recommend this van; great part of the site and location of the van was spot on with ample parking and still space for kids to play on grass to the side of the van. Site facilities are the usual spec, lovely beach 5 mins walk from the van directly opposite the site. There is also some great beaches up and down the coast. Yellowcraig was great and North Berwick has an outdoor sea pool absolutely fantastic for youngsters as no under currents to worry about if they wish to go swimming. Site is also only 10 mile from Edinburgh and there is a bus from the front of the site (no 26) direct into Edinburgh and if you buy a family day ticket like we did for £9.50 you can jump on and of anywhere on route, you dont have to worry about parking either and the usual driver (dads) can have a day off from driving and have a well deserved beer ????.

Spotless on arrival, a level of cleanliness above any caravan we have stayed at before. Very spacious inside and out with loads of room for my 4 year old to run around in a nice quiet area of the park, few minutes walk to the golf course and 5 mins walk to the main entrance and restaurant area. The caravan itself is kitted out perfectly, full kitchen appliances, utensils and cookware, smashing dvd collection for both adults and kids, indoor and outdoor toys for kids and comfy lounge area with dining table, spacious and comfortable couch and great decking area with furniture, a cracking wee sun trap in the afternoon and evening. Craig the owner was fantastic, very helpful and sent an email before our stay with all the information we needed, also gave great recommendations for places of interest and local restaurants. Having been on many family holidays at other sites in both Scotland and England, this stay has been the best, outstanding value for money, exceeded all our expectations and never felt like your typical caravan holiday - it felt like a home from home which we will happily be booking again and recommending to friends and family.

With a young family the main thing we were looking for was an easy booking and clean accommodation. You get both here. The first thing you notice when arriving is the the excellent cleanliness. The caravan itself is on a great location within Seaton Sands which allows you to access the main facilities centre, play park, golf course and shop with a two minute walk, whilst at the same time giving you a quiet space for putting the kids to bed. We had a brilliant holiday again and will be returning next year! Thanks again Craig!

Its ideally situated, just a short walk from the main entertainment area, but just far enough away that you can enjoy the quiet around you. It has all mod cons, and is spacious, warm and comfortable. The family that own it are more than accommodating, giving us plenty of information before our stay. They have been particularly reassuring during this period of covid to help us feel at ease with our stay. Highly recommend.

Although there was no Fringe this year we have had the ability to tour the city as a city and take in the other great landscapes and architecture for once. Caravan and communication was excellent all the way through and Craig was available all the time for any queries. Would recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh or surroundings as the caravan is a great central point and £'s less than a squashed hotel that we have stayed at in the past in the main city

The caravan is in a lovely part of the park, just a few minutes walk to facilities but very quiet and peaceful The caravan was really comfortable and had 3 bedrooms and 2 double beds which was good. “Booked with Craig last minute on the Sunday, he was so helpful and accommodating, the caravan was comfy and had everything you need if you want to self cater, he also gave us information on places to visit and eat locally.”

Having 2 double beds was ideal as the youngest aged 6 claimed the en-suite bedroom and my elderly parents still had a double. Plenty of room for my grandson to play and a balcony to sit out when we had the weather. Everyone had a great time, we will certainly book with Craig again. Thanks Irene

“Excellent caravan.”

Had a wonderful stay and weather was great too. The site has a lot to do and the beach it’s just across the road. The caravan has all the items you need and was clean on arrival. We had a slight issue with electrics but this was promptly resolved by the owner. The customer service of the owner was fantastic and a real help and pleasure to deal with. The only recommendation would be to include linen as most caravans I have stopped at include this. Hope to come again next year.

The caravan is in a perfect setting in the golf village with just a short stroll to the main complex. There is loads of room for the kids to play outside of the caravan. The caravan itself was perfect for us (a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids aged 10 and 9 year old twins). It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Craig was very helpful throughout the booking process and always quickly replied when we had a query. Would highly recommend. We will certainly be back!!

Found the caravan to be very spacious with lots of personal touches and little extra's with a good selection of DVD's to choose from. My children said this was the best caravan we've stayed in and we've stayed in quite a lot :) Craig was very helpful with all my pre-visit queries. Would mention to be sure to use the wee paths as short cuts to the resort shop and Nature Rocks, instead of walking the long way on the roads. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you

“Just back from our stay at this brilliant caravan!”

Everything on arrival was spotless and tidy, we settled in well, which with 5 children (age 8 and under) is no easy task! Well equipped kitchen if you were to be self catering the whole time, everything you would need! Bedrooms have just the right amount of storage and beds are comfortable. Great selection of DVDs (we brought some of our own too just in case!) for us all to choose from too. Decking at the front is fabulous for watching the sunset and chilling out on! Craig is very attentive, from the minute I contacted him about the booking to after we came home, making sure everything was good for us, happy to answer all my questions and gave us all the information we needed about the caravan and site itself including the entertainment complex! We had a great holiday, and will definitely use Craig’s caravan again if it’s available!

4 adults and 4 children. The owner was ver helpful and informative prior to our arrival. The caravan and surrounding areas were emmaculate. The huge playpark, bar area and swimming pool were brilliant for our under 5 kids. With a beach just a stones through away we couldnt ask for more. I would highly recommend those to couples, families or people on their own as it felt very safe and friendly.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
