Our caravan is situated on Hoburne Blue Anchor and over looks the West Somerset steam train line which is a fantastic view and appeals to all ages even if you didn't realise you liked steam and diesel trains.
There is a beach opposite the park so you get the best of both worlds great country side one side and sea side the other, with views over to South Wales.
The caravan benefits from decking with a lockable gate which is brilliant for the safety of young children and dogs.
The caravan also benefits from Smart TV in living room and freeview on tv in main bedroom there are also USB sockets in all rooms.
The park has an indoor pool, sauna steam room and gym (membership is required please ask for details)
THERE IN NO ENTERTAINMENT/ NO CLUB HOUSE, although there is occasionally a live act on in the newly renovated and extended Cafe during school holidays.
Swimming passes can be purchased at a cost of £66 or during term time you can pay as you swim if you prefer (prices correct at the time of edit) the swim pass is for up to 6 people for up to 7 days and this needs to be paid directly to me not via uk caravans so I will offer my banks details in welcome email.

When we take the booking I ask for names and ages of children, home address telephone number and car registration number these are needed for me to issue a registration form to the park reception.
There is, a children park, a cafe on park.
Reception has a few essential groceries available

Blue Anchor has a couple of pubs that serve food, highly recommend the Sunday Carvery at Smugglers Inn, the onsite Bay has now started serving Sunday lunch.
Dunster is a beautiful place for a leisurely stroll taking in the castle and the grounds.
Minehead is a seaside town with a beach, amusement arcades and shops.
Watchet has a harbour and a few shops, pubs & takeaways.
Dogs are accepted by agreement only and a small charge may apply
