Please provide a registration plate, so this can be uploaded on the system.

Please note commercial vehicles and vans with no side windows are not permitted on site.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price of your stay.

These can be purchased through the host and is a chargeable extra to you, the guest.

£11 per adult, per night and £8 per child, per night.

Please discuss with host when booking and immediate payment is required.

Entertainment passes will allow you into Rjs clubhouse entertainment , along with half price swimming and soft play.

Please download the unity app, as activities are bookable, especially in peak times.

Bedding is provided, two pillows per guest and four single quilts along with 2 king size quilts.

Please note no bed linen will be provided.

There is a possibility of this being provided, if available, this will be a chargeable extra to guests.

Please discuss will host.

Under no circumstances are pets to be in the caravan or garden.

The caravan will be checked daily, so please do not bring them.

If you are caught breaching the rules, you will be made to leave and no money will be refunded.

Care and respect bond £100 This unfortunately has become a need to take for owners.

Please respect and take care of the caravan, it does not belong to a million pound company, this is a family holiday home.

The bond is refundable if all conditions are adhered too.

The caravan must be left as it was given, clean and tidy, dishes away and cleaned, bins emptied and not damaged.

Any damage will be billed to the guest and payable, even if it is more than the original £100 bond.

Guests are liable to pay this.

Please note bins must also be emptied and disposed of in the large bins across the road in front of the park, if these are not emptied the cleaners will bill the guest.

Check in is 3.30pm - earlier check in maybe available, if the caravan is clean and ready.

Please contact the host on the day for this however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Check out is no later 10am - there is no possibility to extend this.

Late check out will be chargeable to the guests.

Cleaners are on a tight schedule on change over days and if they cannot enter the caravan at their scheduled time and have to come back / delay the next check in, they will bill guests and this is chargeable.

The park has strict rules on behaviour and misconduct.

Please at all times be respectful and polite.

Abusive / misbehaviour will not be tolerate and you will be escorted off site.

If for any reason you are removed from site, you will not be eligible for your money back.

It is down to you the guest, to be respectful and behave in a appropriate manner.

The town of Burnham-on-Sea is conveniently situated just minutes from the M5; it's an ideal touring base from which to explore the beautiful Somerset countryside and its famous attractions. It has something for everyone, including seven miles of unspoilt sandy beaches, sailing, fishing and donkey rides, a theatre, cinema, swimming pool and sports academy, gardens, bi-annual food and drink festival, live music, Guy Fawkes carnival, and a 36 hole championship golf course. The famous Cheddar Caves and Gorge, with amazing clifftop walks, are within easy reach, as are historic Wells, England's smallest city with its beautiful cathedral, Glastonbury, with its mystical connections to King Arthur is central to the Avalon marshes, one of the largest lowland wetlands in the UK, a complex landscape teeming with wildlife. In winter the star attractions are the massive murmurations of starlings and huge flocks of wildfowl. Beautiful scenery and a rich human history make this a must-visit area. Also close by of interest to nature lovers are the Steart Marshes, which is managed by the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT). The traditional seaside town of Weston-super-Mare offers sandy beaches, donkeys, watersports, restaurants and shops, as well as the Playhouse Theatre and Winter Gardens. Further afield, you can enjoy the breathtaking coastline, cliffs, sheltered bays and the famous wild ponies of the beautiful Exmoor National Park.
