The property

A modern and spacious 2-bedroom caravan, sleeping up to 6 people.

Dogs welcome all year round. * One double and one twin room. * Double room has TV and large walk in wardrobe with lightening * Foldaway double bed in the living area. * Bathroom with large shower cubicle. * The living area has ample seating, dining table, gas fire, and TV with Free view and DVD player. * The kitchen is fully fitted with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, and hoover. Dogs are welcome (max 2) at an additional charge.

Beachside Holiday Park is dog friendly and there are no restrictions to the exercising of dogs on the beach, even in high season.

Charge: £45/stay for 1 dog + £75 for 2 dogs.

Duvets and blankets can be supplied at a small additional charge.

Pillows will be provided.

Please state, when enquiring, that you wish for duvets and blankets to be provided.

If this is not indicated, then no duvets/blankets will be left.

Outside there is a large, fully enclosed decking area, with patio table, chairs, and sun umbrella - ideal for families with small children or those who wish to bring their dogs. Beachside Holiday Park located on the 7-mile stretch of sandy beaches, which extends from Burnham on Sea to Brean Down.

There is direct walking access to the beach from the site. There are pubs, restaurants and take-aways within walking distance, to suit all the family. Local shops are a 10-minute walk from the Beachside Holiday Park, where all essential shopping items are available, with larger shops and supermarkets at Burnham on Sea or Weston-Super-Mare. Brean Leisure Park is a short walk away, offering rides, amusements, go karting, as well as both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a pay-and-play golf course, fishing lake, and restaurants and snack bars. Bath and Bristol, with their many attractions, are both options for day trips.

The village of Brean is situated on the Somerset coast, between ever-popular Weston-super-Mare and delightful Burnham-on-Sea. A popular holiday destination, ideal for families, the village offers a fun amusement park, a range of shops and pubs and a sandy beach. Less than 10 miles away is the traditional seaside town Weston-super-Mare, offering awarding-winning sandy beaches, donkey rides, water sports, restaurants and shops as well as the Playhouse, Winter Gardens and the Grand Pier.
