The property

Hi, we have a beautiful platinum 2 bed/6berth family caravan available for hire at the award winning Holiday Resort Unity in Brean, Somerset. In a lovely spot located close to RJ's entertainment venue, children's play area, dog friendly beach, takeaways & shop, with theme park, swimming complex, crazy golf approx. 5-6 min walk. The master bedroom has a king size bed, En-Suite toilet, dressing table, wardrobes & draws offering ample storage.

1 x twin bedroom with wardrobe and pull out sofa in the living room, family bathroom complete with large shower.

Duvets & pillows included, bed linen is an optional extra. The open plan layout offers kitchen with fridge & freezer, hob & full oven, built in microwave, kettle, toaster and fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans & crockery.

Living room includes comfy seating, 42" TV, DVD player, electric fire, dining table and patio doors leading out onto lovely decking with seating. The enclosed garden offers additional dining for those warm sunny days and gets the sun for most of the day The local area offers pubs, restaurants, arcades, bowling, an excellent dog friendly beach with lovely walks to either Brean Sands or Burnham.

Weston is a short drive away, there are also bus stops right outside Unity. **PLEASE NOTE DUE TO NEW OWNERS RULES, ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NO LONGER COMPULSORY.

The town of Burnham-on-Sea is conveniently situated just minutes from the M5; it's an ideal touring base from which to explore the beautiful Somerset countryside and its famous attractions. It has something for everyone, including seven miles of unspoilt sandy beaches, sailing, fishing and donkey rides, a theatre, cinema, swimming pool and sports academy, gardens, bi-annual food and drink festival, live music, Guy Fawkes carnival, and a 36 hole championship golf course. The famous Cheddar Caves and Gorge, with amazing clifftop walks, are within easy reach, as are historic Wells, England's smallest city with its beautiful cathedral, Glastonbury, with its mystical connections to King Arthur is central to the Avalon marshes, one of the largest lowland wetlands in the UK, a complex landscape teeming with wildlife. In winter the star attractions are the massive murmurations of starlings and huge flocks of wildfowl. Beautiful scenery and a rich human history make this a must-visit area. Also close by of interest to nature lovers are the Steart Marshes, which is managed by the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT). The traditional seaside town of Weston-super-Mare offers sandy beaches, donkeys, watersports, restaurants and shops, as well as the Playhouse Theatre and Winter Gardens. Further afield, you can enjoy the breathtaking coastline, cliffs, sheltered bays and the famous wild ponies of the beautiful Exmoor National Park.
