“When entering the caravan we were hit with awful smell of dogs.”
The caravan hadn't been cleaned properly dog hair was all in the bedrooms and all over the sofas. The carpet was covered in think dog hair we had to borrow a vacuum cleaner from the neighbours because the vacuum cleaner in are caravan was clogged up with dog hair. All the throws on the sofa had to be removed as they stank of dog. We spent 2 hours of are holiday cleaning the caravan we will not be staying here again.

Hi, thank you for your review of your stay at the caravan. As a good will gesture we refunded you £70 for the first night of your holiday due to the inconvenience caused. This was something that has never happened before and was unfortunately a miss communication with the cleaners. As you could see in the guest book at the caravan there has been no other issues with other guests within the 2 seasons that the caravan has been hired out.
Once again we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
