“Got there and key was stiff in lock had trouble opening it, then found out they do hire out bedding but I was told they dont and brought my own, the double quilt had grass on and had holes, was paper thin and had seen better days, the kitchen utensils was lacking no scissors and no spoons to use with saucepans just large serving plastic ones, one cereal bowl the rest was soup bowls.”
the front window was covered in bird mess, hadnt been cleaned the seats and pillows were filthy. this van slept 8 and only 5 mugs , I did txt the onwers and they did apologise for the quilt and mugs and brought new to replace them in fairness, I just wanted a holiday where my foster children enjoyed themselves and they did but the van was not upto standard and needs some therapy. I also tried to hoover which was pointless as the hoover had zero suction which i did tell the owner

With regard to the bedding and mugs, we were happy to replace these for you once you contacted us, and we apologise that there was any confusion regarding the bedding arrangements. We do not provide bed linen & towels but they can sometimes be requested via a company on site depending on demand & at an additional cost. We always aim to make sure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
We have since taken your comments on board and will be checking these areas carefully to ensure everything is maintained to the standard we expect for our guests.
We’re sorry that the caravan did not meet all of your expectations on this occasion, but we’re pleased that you were able to enjoy your holiday and, most importantly, that the children had a good time.
