The site at Trecco Bay has had quite an amount of money spent on it and Parkdean are still making improvements .
making it one of the best sites in South Wales to Holiday in, with good amenity facilities for use by all the family no matter what age.
The Caravan is a Delta Warmth 2010 model 36'x 12', comprising of a spacious Lounge with all round seating.
An open plan dining area with a Galley style, well equipped kitchen making up the living area of the caravan.
Set off the kitchen is the hallway, which leads to the 3 bedrooms, shower room with Toilet plus a seperate toilet.
There is a double and two twin bedrooms .
In addition to the bedrooms there is a double pull out bed in the lounge making a total of an 8 berth.
The lounge has an electric fire and also the whole caravan is fully central heated by means of the gas boiler.
The caravan is also double glazed throughout so although there may be some windy evenings you can be assured to be nice and cosy inside.
The kitchen you will find that it is well equipped, i.e.
Toaster, Air Fryer as well as the normal run of the mill equipment, to make meal preparation the easiest of tasks.
All quilts and pillowcases are supplied and the beds all have mattress protectors on them.
Hirers are asked to bring their OWN BASE SHEETS FOR THE BEDS; this is necessary so as to allow the Mattress Protectors to do the job of protecting the mattress.
The caravan is well equipped for the perfect stay, and if you do fancy just relaxing with your favourite tipple, then there is plenty of board games as well as DVDs to keep the children and yourselves amused.
All bookings are catered for, seven nights (Sat-Sat), weekend breaks (Fri - Mon), and mid-week break (Mon - Fri).
Apart from 7-night stays, special tariffs apply.
A deposit of £50 non-returnable will secure your holiday, with the balance being due for payment one month before the commencement of the holiday; in addition, an £80 bond will be charged with the final payment, this will be returnable at the end of your stay once the caravan has been checked over and providing everything is in order (NO BREAKAGES OR DAMAGE TO THE CARAVAN AND THE CARAVAN IS LEFT IN A CLEAN CONDITION.).
The caravan has a maximum occupancy of 8 people; if it is found that more than the maximum is staying at the caravan then immediate vacation will be sought and loss of bond, thus terminating the stay at the caravan, (this has been necessary to do as the damage has been caused in the past by overcrowding and to accommodate park and insurance rules.)
The caravan is situated on Trecco Bay itself, on one of the main roads leading to the beaches.
The gate to Newton Beach is around the corner, and the caravan is situated about a 5-minute walk from the Main Square, which is quite ideal.
A bus service from the site is available into Porthcawl town itself, so if you don't fancy taking the car to town, just jump on the bus.
Although you are on a prominent part of the Park, you are far enough from the Entertainment area so that noise is not an issue.
Holidaymakers are asked to arrive as near to 2PM as possible and vacate by 10 AM.
Thus giving enough time for tenancy turnaround, etc.
Passes to the amenities are not supplied, and holidaymakers are asked to purchase these from the Main reception.
Gas and Electric is supplied.
This is Our holiday home as well, so please look after it as you would your own property; Holidaymakers are also asked to respect the other holiday homes as well as the Park itself.
