We book the lodge mainly Saturday to a Saturday, although, Mondays to Fridays and some long weekends are available, we are very flexible with days and dates.

Booking in time 14:00 hrs and booking out 10:00 hrs.
I will be there in person to see you in and out and answer any questions you may have.
Any unforeseen circumstances such as lockdowns , then of course all monies will be refunded.
Please provide your own holiday insurance as accidents are not covered under the lodge insurance.
Please leave caravan the same as was on arrival- clean and tidy.
Any damages or left in an unacceptable way will result in damage deposit not being returned.
The bond will be returned within 48 hours of your departure.
SMOKING AND BBQ IS PROHIBITED IN THE LODGE, OR ON THE DECKING.

This six berth accommodation will give you the Wow factor as soon as you step inside.
It will give you the feeling that you are in a plush hotel by the sea.
There is nothing like it, you will always remember your stay with us and we hope it brings you back again and again.

Before you book and if you have the time please feel free to visit the Lodge on a change over day, just give me a ring and this can be arranged, if you are living in South Wales.

The lodge is located three meters (15 feet) from the beach and this unique position means that the attractions such as :the fair, the entertainments and the shopping square are around a five-minute walk.
The lodge has an extensive decking to the front and to the side with wheel chair access.
Lights are located on the lodge and also on the decking pillars for relaxing in the evening; whilst watching and hearing the waves coming in.
Outside the lodge on the decking for your comfort there is a full set of Rattan furniture, 6 chairs, two recliners and a large coffee table.
A fixed parasol is also available for those long hot days.
Along the side of the decking is a pull-out washing line.
Once inside, you are greeted by the amount of light and space provided by the vaulted ceiling.
The lodge is fully central heated, with a large fireplace for that homely feeling.
Two sofas give warm comfort in the cosy living area; one being an electrical recliner and the other one converts into a pull-out bed.
There is also a large flat screen TV with free view that provides you with a large selection of channels.
All rooms are fitted with flat screen TV’S, USB points and MP3 blue tooth speakers.
New WIFI (5G ).
The Kitchen: has a large six- seater dining suite for family sit down meals as well as a microwave, large cooker with hood extractor and an American style fridge freezer.
It is fully equipped with a washer and dryer machine combi, full size dishwasher, Velux sky light for extra natural light and a split barn door, which leads you out onto the side decking.
Just inside the main entrance are coat hooks and a small shoe changing stool for all those long hours spent on your feet.
Outside - Parking for 1 car alongside the lodge.
New fire rules that have come in 2023 will only allow one car along side the lodge, if bringing two cars then one of them must be parked in the main carpark.
Master Bathroom: has a large shower, and bath , hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail, storage as well as shaving and tooth brush points.
Twin Bedroom: has two standard single beds with , flat screen TV with free view channels, USB points and MP3 blue tooth, overhead storage and a wardrobe.
Master Bedroom: has a king size bed with reading lights, a walk-in wardrobe with lots of storage, a full dressing table (vanity table) full length mirror and lots of natural light for getting ready for a night out.

The main en-suite has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, hand basin, various storage compartments, shaving and tooth brush sockets.
