The Caravan is perfectly located a 3 minute stroll to the beach and the same to facilities and other park amenities.

Smoking:
No smoking inside the caravan.
However please feel free to smoke on seated patio area.
Lining and Bedding:
All lining and bedding are provided so there is no need to bring your own!
Extra pillows if needed.
Bedding for pull out sofa bed can be located in Master bedroom cupboard.
Towels:
You will need to bring your own towels, but they can be dried on our heated towel rail!
Additional Extras:
- toilet roll included
- Cleaning products such as washing liquid, disinfectant, air freshener and carpet cleaner included (please put back and leave under sink upon checkout)
- tea towels included
Facilities and Local Attractions:
There’s plenty of opportunity for little ones to play too with an outdoor wet play zone where they can cool off in summer, plus an outdoor adventure play area and indoor soft play.
There’s also lots to discover nearby from pretty seaside towns and family attractions to the beautiful award-winning beach on the doorstep.
Trecco Bay beach holds a prestigious Blue Flag Award for the 14th consecutive year which marks it as one of the best beaches in the country.
Parking:
Caravan comes with its own parking bay as depicted in images.
Additional FREE parking is available on the Trecco bay site in a central location.
Check In:
Check in time is from 2pm, you will be able to collect your keys from the key safe located next to the front caravan door.
A key safe code will be sent to you once full payment has been received 4 weeks prior to your stay.
Check Out:
Check out time is 10:00am on the day of departure.
Booking Information:
Holiday Fee and Deposit:
Book your holiday through UK caravans4hire and use the book online feature and it will instantly reserve the dates for you.
Your payment is covered by their Payment Protection Guarantee.
This includes a full refund if the booking can not go ahead due to government travel restrictions or a holiday park closure.
Secure your dates with a £50 deposit
If booking over 8 weeks in advance please ensure that all balance's are cleared 8 weeks before your arrival.

If your circumstances change and you need to change your holiday dates, then we will try and accommodate this, the best we can please contact us directly.
Security Bond:
£100 refundable security bond will also be required before your stay.
This bond will be refunded to you within 5 days after your check out date, providing you have passed the caravan inspection.
Any damage to the caravan and its contents will be deducted from this security bond.
The Bond will be held by UKcaravans4hire and then deposited back to you account upon a positive and completed inspection.
Payment example:
Holiday fee is £1000 + Security Bond £100 = total payment is £1100 with £100 refunded after checking out and a positive inspection.
Terms and Conditions when leaving the caravan.
When you arrive please inspect the caravan as it will be presented in clean state.
We as owners would expect the caravan upon you departure to be left in the same clean state as when found.
If upon inspection this is not the case then £10 will be deducted from your security deposit as additional cleaning will be required from our third party cleaning service.
Photos of any discrepancies will be provided before the deduction of £10 from the security deposit.
Email Conformation:
Once the deposit has been received a conformation email will then be sent confirming your booking.
A further email will then be sent from ourselves providing you with an overview of your holiday home, local attractions, and site facilities.
Please check UKcaravans4hire policy regarding cancellation and full payment not being received 8 weeks before your arrival.
Health and Safety
All health and safety guidelines have been adhered, with a completed risk assessment and up-to-date public liability insurance.
Covid:
Covid guidelines have been followed in the caravan, the caravan is cleaned after each guest this also includes all linen, pillow protectors and mattress protectors being washed.
Hand sanitiser will also be available within the caravan, along with a selection of cleaning products for your benefit.
