Caravan was beautiful well laid out and really well equipped, they'd even put some xmas decs up.
We didnt need half of the things we took like washing up liquid and tea towels. There was a fridge freezer, all utensil, plates mugs and wine glasses There was a lovely welcome basket with snacks. Only thing missing was towels,which we already knew. It was clean, nice comfy beds and noise was also minimal considering we were so close to the rock weekend venue.

Location was amazing, close to everything.
Can not fault the accommodation at all 10/10 for the owners highly recommended.
Facilities on site are all in one place and undercover. We went for a ticketed event which was well organised and better than expected. Food was very nice and lots of options with a burger king, Indian restaurant, chip shop and what we thought is a more expensive wetherspoons. There is also a well stocked spar shop Prices are what you'd expect on a site like this £6 for a pint and same for a vodka and coke, £21 for 2x breakfasts with tea/coffee, almost £40 for 2x fish and chips and a childs meal.
Downside
If you haven't got tickets when events are on there is literally nothing to do, other than walk to the beach and back, families were being turned away. Even the pool was closed.
In my opinion, they could open some of the indoor parts of park up for everyone.
Some staff are really rude and quite ignorant, we came across one like that in most sections, one mutters ito himself in the bar, they mess around in the chip shop and one girl in the spoons bar was like a stroppy teenager she couldnt smile and wouldnt speak anything other than "what".
However, the majority of staff are really nice, friendly and helpful.
Notging spoiled it though, we had a great time and will definitely book again.
