“We stayed here lovley caravan!”
Even stripped all the beds for them b4 we left. A short while after our stay we received am email explaining that we wouldn't get our bond back for damage! But all damaged stated was already there when we arrived! Feel a bit scammed, so defo dont advise to book with these owners.....

Unfortunately there was quite some damage when we arrived at the caravan that day. It’s very rare we keep a bond, this was only the second time. The door panel was pulled off the door, pink marks on the carpet, every cushion and throw was covered in chocolate and what looked to be baby food, all windows were left wide open whilst pouring down with rain which lead to the curtains, sofas and a bed left soaking, although the curtain did have a slight tear it was completely ripped after the stay I have the before and after photo for proof of this. When I sought advice from a caravan owner page about what money should be kept back I was advised the whole amount however, I was understanding around the fact you did have children and therefore did not take all of your bond like we could have. I think personally I have been fair, I have provided photos of the damage also. We would never keep the bond if the damage was existing or if someone else had done it. We don’t like to do these things but in circumstances like these we are left with no choice, these caravans cost us a lot of money.
