    “The owner, Ryan, was really helpful prior to our trip and whilst we were there.”

    The caravan was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. It is very close to the beach and to the entertainment so our 10 year old granddaughter was happy. Would recommend.

The property

A newly refurbed 6-berth central heated, double glazed static caravan with 1 double room, 2 x twin room with a brand new 50” Samsung Smart TV and 5G Wi-Fi.

Kitchen/living room - Fully equipped with fridge freezer, air fryer, cooker, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, tea, coffee, milk and a full range of utensils.

Tea towels and all cleaning products provided.

Bathroom - Shower, basin and toilet.

Essentials will be provided.

Bedroom - We supply fresh bed linen, pillows, duvets, hangers, towels, iron and ironing board for your stay.

Outside - Outdoor furniture provided with a 6-seater dining set and a charcoal BBQ.

Guest Parking - 1 x Concrete parking space, alternative parking on camp for additional vehicles.

Check in from 3pm (anytime before if nobody checking out that morning). Check out 10am. Other things to note; Splashland/Showdome and some amenities are operated by Parkdean Resorts and will incur an additional charge purchased from the owners area.

Porthcawl, halfway between Swansea and Cardiff, is perfectly located for your South Wales coastal holiday.
