I forgot my preventor so asked where post office was so grandson can post it, no post office anywhere except bridgend which was miles away. No drs or nurses near or on site.Beds hard as nails so had to sleep on corner unit fir the whole time. We both had food poisoning first night there from fish and chippy shop. As unable to walk far had to right time getting over rocks to beach. Nothing there unless you have small children or drink, which we do not do ir have either.

At end of awful time was informed by staff keys had to be put in tubs on counters not in hole in wall, so she took keys off me and dropped in tub. Was informed later that I lost my deposit due to lost keys. Bit odd that in my opinion. Would advise to stay from this place at all costs
This review is certainly not a fair representation. I must note that a lot of your issues are directed towards Parkdean Resorts and/or Trecco Bay Holiday Park and not to us (private owners).
As for your keys, as per our check out procedure you are to put the keys back in the key box NOT in reception. You have not rented a caravan directly with Parkdean Resort, you have booked a PRIVATE stay.
I must also add that you left a lot of belongings at the end of your stay.
