The property

We are a privately owned Van situated in Trecco bay, Parkdean this van has been sited for 12 years and loved dearly, it is not a brand new model of van but is still very homely and very sufficient for families on a budget.

If you choose to book privately with us you will receive a discount on the booking.

We pride ourselves on our homely, pet friendly, family orientated van.

We are situated on Sycamore directly opposite the showdome with all activities on your doorstep.

Our van consists 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, with a pull out bed in the lounge area.

Master bedroom includes an en-suite and a TV.

Lounge includes a TV, board games, large seating area and a dining area.

Kitchen includes all kitchen utensils and an Airfryer.

Please note our van does not currently have private WiFi or central heating, we do have electric wall panel heaters which have been more than sufficient for us and hundreds of guests but we are aware some guests prefer a fully central heated van, unfortunately at this current time this isn’t something we have available however it is something we are looking in to.

We also have a parking space located to the Left hand side of the van.

We are pet friendly however this does incur a fee.

Our van has 5* reviews on cleanliness and location, which we strive upon every visit.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.

Bridgend 7 miles; Port Talbot 11 miles.

Porthcawl, halfway between Swansea and Cardiff, is perfectly located for your South Wales coastal holiday. Enjoy the thrills of the funfair, a quiet walk along the promenade or a lazy day sunning yourself on one of the fine beaches. Sample good food at the many inns and restaurants in the town centre or just soak up the atmosphere of a traditional seaside resort all year round.
