The caravan is well-equipped and Ellie was wonderfully responsive. The details on property and directions in the welcome pack are helpful and accurate. The view is just one block from the sea and the vista of the cliffs and the water are stunning. Highly recommended.

“This is purely constructive and in no way a complaint.”

The sofas and carpet in living room were very stained and dirty. Appreciate it is nearly the end of the season but wouldn't take long to have been cleaned by an upholstery cleaner. The underneath of the toilet seat was very badly stained and needed bleaching. Should be in the same condition as the start of the season given the price is the same. Everything else was spotless.

With sea views from the front window and the veranda, the spacious modern living area comprises of an L shaped sofa (with pull out sofa bed sleeps 2), large TV with DVD player, dining area.

Modern fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster.

We also have complimentary Wi Fi available. Twin bedroom with wardrobe.

Double bedroom with wardrobe and small dressing table, the main bedroom also boasts enough room to hold a travel cot (bedding for travel cot not included in hire please ask for details).

Family bathroom with large shower and wc. The caravan has central heating throughout and is double glazed.

The veranda has a seating area to enjoy the view from and there is outside lighting for the evenings.

Alongside the veranda is a parking space for one car. Just seconds from the year round dog friendly blue flag beach (or the non dog beach just round corner) this is an ideal holiday caravan for families with young children and pet lovers.

Please note maximum of 2 small dogs. All bedding, crockery, cookware, bed linen and towels for use in the van but would suggest you bring your own beach towels and toiletries.
