“My stay at MAPLES 109 was so pleasant, on arrival the caravan was spotlessly clean and instantly made to feel very welcomed.”

The location of the caravan was perfect for me and my family as it is so close to all different entertainment. The beach is literally a walk away also. The caravan facilities were perfect for us as the outside decking/seating area was very secure and comfortable. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else other than here !

“We've stayed in this caravan a few times now and yet again we had a fantastic time.”

The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The new balcony was a fabulous addition, which was lovely to sit outside in the sun. The location couldn't be better, as it is so close to all of the onsite facilities. We can't wait to come back for another family holiday!

“From the moment we got in touch to book, to the moment we got back home, the service was impeccable.”

All questions answered timely, information freely given to maximise our enjoyment of our well needed break and just all round amazing hosts! The caravan was spotless, we have been many times to Trecco Bay and we love it for so many reasons but our arrival on this week was the first time I was made to be in ore of the welcome and cleanliness of the caravan. We were greeted extremely well and made to feel at home. They had everything planned for us that you would need. It may sound silly, but all the bed sheets being the same make such a difference and a dinning table laid out. A lot of effort here and it shows. Excellent job and thank you! “What a wonderful caravan!”

! we had an amazing weekend. The accommodation was perfect. Clean, tidy, and so, so comfy. so well equipped. The kids loved it. Daryle was very helpful with everything and gave us some great tips and ideas for our holiday. We've stayed in quite a few caravans over the years, but this is certainly our favourite. “Lovely caravan, all the facilities you need including extras for the kids like the play station!”

Comfortable beds and felt a good size for a family of five. Excellent location, literally a 2 minute walk to the pool and the main hub on site. Owner Daryl was super professional, very friendly and it was nice to be properly greeted and welcomed. We forgot a few things when we left and Daryl went out of his way to get them posted back to us. Would definitely stay again!

The van was lovely, had everything you could need for a family. Very homely and welcoming with the central heating and double glazing keeping us toasty warm in the nights. The owners were great, excellent communication throughout, friendly and informative without being intrusive. The location of the van is perfect for the activities and beach access. Newton and Trecco beaches are perfect for a mix of beach and rock pooling. Highly recommended.

“Really good communication from Daryl, was very welcoming and let us know what was happening at the park with regards to COVID.”

He also recommended some places to visit while down as well as shops and opening times. The caravan was spotless. There was also a children’s bedspread in the room where our little girl was going to sleep which she loved. The caravan was in a great location and a 2 minute walk from a lovely beach. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend

Throughout the development of covid, when things were so uncertain, we were given nothing but reassurance and lots of options should we need to make changes. The caravan itself is amazing, you couldn't ask for any more with everything they include. The caravan is situated in the perfect place near the site centre & by the beach access. We stayed in this caravan last year & are extremely likely to be back in Daryl's caravans in the next year or 2.

“Just got back from a lovely two night stay in maples 109!”

We cannot fault the caravan at all, the cleanliness was 10/10. One of the days was overcast so having the childrens sky tv package was good for our boys as they could stay inside if they wanted and had something to keep them occupied. Trecco bay itself was also 10/10 for everything our family needed. We will definitely be rebooking this caravan and will be telling our friends and family how fantastic our stay was.

“We are returning guests; this caravan occupies a really good spot near to the main facilities but still quiet with little passing traffic.”

The van is comfortable with a decent size shower and lovely beds with pristine bedding. I would change some of the colour of decor in the lounge/kitchen but thats just a matter of personal taste (not a criticism). Everything for a good family holiday. Ryan our host was helpful and totally charming as ever.

Having always booked via resort this was my first stay with private hire. What a difference, caravan was spotless and everything you would need including bed linen offer which lightens the load greatly when packing for our large family! Iron, hairdryer even towels/cleaning products! Location perfect close to everything! Daryl was a great host and extremely helpful..had an issue with the Sky signal that couldn't be resolved over the bank holiday, he very kindly re-imbursed part of my costs. Lovely gesture! Looking forward to booking our next stay as a family group :) Highly recommend!

Beach a 5 minute walk, however even if the location was different I would not hesitate to book again, everything in the van was spotless and comfortable. Hosts were available if we needed and more than willing to help. Fantastic stay, would highly recommend and will definitely be returning ?? Thankyou to you both

The Caravan was clean and warm when we arrived and the heated blanket on the double bed was ready for us as we arrived late at night (loved this). Our Little boy had lots of room to run around and play with all his Christmas toys. It was December so I didn’t expect much to be open but the arcades were brilliant for my 3 year old and the fish and chips were a 2 minute walk away we’re tasty. Definitely be returning it’s a perfect break away

“Booked for a last minute getaway to relax and chill.”

Well presented caravan which was clean and very comfortable. Everything you needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The caravan is situated in the Maples section of the park and benefits from being central and therefore close to all the entertainment facilities, shops, takeaways and beach. Daryl, the owner met us at the caravan and explained everything to us and how to work the heating etc which was very beneficial. Daryl is a welcoming host and communication throughout booking and our stay was excelllent. The caravan due to the location is suitable for families and couples of all ages. I would highly recommend this caravan and Daryl as an owner as he rents 3 other caravans on the site.

“A great size and well laid out caravan in a position close to all the main amenities and minutes from the beach.”

Very clean and tidy with homely touches, not cold and impersonal like many caravans bookable through the main site. Lots of good storage areas for suitcases, shoes etc, which we've found lacking in some caravans before. A downside for us in the summer sun would normally be the lack of decking/verandah outside, but there is a large area paved and grassed with tables and chairs that more than makes up for that! The owner Daryl is extremely helpful with very quick and detailed communication - thanks Daryl!

Wow! The caravan surpassed all our expectations - it was very clean, still very new, beautiful inside decor which made us feel very much at home away from home. There were more than the usual facilities you find in a caravan such as a large fridge, 2 toilets, fully kitted kitchen and comfy beds. The caravan was close to everything - the beach, swimming pool, outdoor play area and the entertainment complex which was ideal for us with young kids. I wish we could have booked for longer but definitely looking forward to booking again with you Daryl. You were a great host as well very welcoming. You made us feel at home when we got there and you were easy to communicate with during the enquiring and booking process. Thank you!

Nice location on the site, close to all amenities. Huge tv/video etc also tv in the master bedroom. Kitchen well equipped, decent size fridge too. Great to have an extra loo in addition to the main bathroom. Extremely easy booking process and met by our lovely welcoming host. All in all a great relaxing week, will definitely be booking this one again
