    Had a great stay loved all the little extras you get In a private let Caravan was comfy and cosy only down side was the oven could do with a clean doesn't look like it's been done in ages Nice and close to fishing lake too

The property

Welcome to our family owned 3 bedroom prestige grade holiday home.

Our holiday home is situated in a quiet area near the lakes, just a short walk away from the main complex.

It has a car parking space with a fully laid path to the decked steps into the caravan. The caravan comprises a fully fitted modern kitchen with built in microwave, gas cooker, integrated fridge and separate full size freezer, it also benefits from a toaster, kettle, air fryer, washing machine and slow cooker all aimed at making cooking easier for you during your stay.

You will find a highchair for your use stored in the wardrobe.

The large lounge and dining area has a 40 inch television, with built in DVD player and free-view.

There is a modern electric feature fire should you get a little chilly in the evenings.

There are french doors opening onto a decked veranda which has a table and chairs for relaxing in the sunshine.

There is also free WIFI available. The master bedroom comprises of a king sized bed with en-suite, there is ample storage with built in wardrobes and cupboards are plenty.

There is a television with free-view and a hairdryer, there is ample space in the bedroom for a travel cot if you should need one ( not supplied). The second and third bedrooms have twin beds with a wardrobe. All bedrooms have plenty of pillows and mattresses covered with protectors (please don't remove these), there are quilts provided ( 1 x king, 1 x double, 4 x single ), guests are required to bring their own bedding and towels. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area to make it up to the 8 berth.

The master bathroom has a large enclosed shower with hand basin and toilet.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.

The town of Burnham-on-Sea is conveniently situated just minutes from the M5; it's an ideal touring base from which to explore the beautiful Somerset countryside and its famous attractions. It has something for everyone, including seven miles of unspoilt sandy beaches, sailing, fishing and donkey rides, a theatre, cinema, swimming pool and sports academy, gardens, bi-annual food and drink festival, live music, Guy Fawkes carnival, and a 36 hole championship golf course. The famous Cheddar Caves and Gorge, with amazing clifftop walks, are within easy reach, as are historic Wells, England's smallest city with its beautiful cathedral, Glastonbury, with its mystical connections to King Arthur is central to the Avalon marshes, one of the largest lowland wetlands in the UK, a complex landscape teeming with wildlife. In winter the star attractions are the massive murmurations of starlings and huge flocks of wildfowl. Beautiful scenery and a rich human history make this a must-visit area. Also close by of interest to nature lovers are the Steart Marshes, which is managed by the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT). The traditional seaside town of Weston-super-Mare offers sandy beaches, donkeys, watersports, restaurants and shops, as well as the Playhouse Theatre and Winter Gardens. Further afield, you can enjoy the breathtaking coastline, cliffs, sheltered bays and the famous wild ponies of the beautiful Exmoor National Park.
